Dr Eranga is so good in her profession. I have been to her 3-4 times now and every time I didn’t have to wait. She’s very calm and her priorities are straight! I’ve also seen Dr Reza he was also good with his timing. I’ve had a great experience so far at this clinic including reception staff.

My first time at this clinic and I was very impressed with the doctor Sav she was very thorough and understanding as I had a fall. Also the nurse that cleaned up my injury was very lovely. Will be coming back there in the future

Nurse Emrys at Parkwood Green Medical displayed such care for my son. We attended the centre and my son was quite unwell. She checked his fever, oxygen and assisted us when my son was sick in the bathroom. She made my son smile and went above and beyond to care for him while we waited to see the doctor. What a wonderful nurse - it is clearly a calling not just a job for nurse Emrys.

I went there with my daughters, she’s vomiting, shivering she even can’t stand up, that’s lady don’t give me appointment, she said I can give u tomorrow appointment all fully book, she suggested me you can call on call Doctor, she such very bad lady, she can’t see my daughter situation.she said, we have 5 patients already in waiting, time was 8.25pm medical centre close 9pm no more appointment, I have tell management, plz change that’s kind of staff she don’t have kindness about kids.
If kids sick give a Emergency appointment
Rather than give more suggestions
Give Priority to kids

Just for 1 stupid staff lady

Dr Chandrani Yayasekara, also known as Dr C. J, is one of the most condescending and incompetent doctors I’ve ever come across. She’s rude, lacks compassion and literally mocks you without shame. She calls herself a doctor but she clearly does not
uphold her Hippocratic Oath. Shame on her!

Doctors are good but the ladies at the reception have the worst customer service and too much attitude, not friendly at all, they need to work on their customer service.

Receptionist the worst spacaily blond lady she needs to work on her attitude no respect at all I’m very disappointed she thinks she knows a lot but I guess she is the worst.

When the receptionist tells you she will call you back to find the referral for you because she has people waiting in line at the clinic.
I guess I’m not an important customer.

When you call reception for two weeks to email things to your GP and still can not get this task done.

When your GP gives paperwork to reception to file and they don’t do it, twice

When reception gets sent 3 copies from a specialist and they claim don’t see it and then a competent reception finds all three copies…

Doctors seems to be great there but unfortunately some receptionists don’t seem to be doing an active job being a receptionist.

Me and my family have been going to Parkwood Green Medical for 5 years now and I have always been very happy with the service through the receptionists, Nurses and the Doctors.
I have really grown to love the staff at Parkwood Green medical.
The people here are very caring and mindful of your situation and try to do their best to help in anyway they can.

Very disrespectful behaviour from the receptionist who proceeded to "have a go" at me after querying whether she would be able to print a blood test request for me - even after I apologised for making this request in the first place and explained that my midwife at the hospital sent through a digital copy that morning as it was urgent to have it done ASAP. She advised she was too busy to perform simple tasks like this but for some reason still agreed to do it (I was more than happy to go somewhere else). She left me sitting there waiting for 20 minutes while she laughed and giggled with the other receptionist seated next to her - which is an obvious sign that she does not have the best interest of the business as her priority. It was clear that she had no intention of printing the document. When I decided to leave as I was feeling very embarrassed by the whole incident, I decided to ask the pathology nurse if she was able to help me and thankfully she was extremely helpful and proceeded to write the script out for me so that I could have the procedure done.

The receptionists really do let down the reputation of the clinic when it is their job to service and assist patients with the small things so that the doctors and nurses are free to focus on the more important tasks ahead of them. My recommendation is to save your time and go somewhere else, there are plenty of other options around in the area.

Worst service and no punctuality. Lack of respect from the receptionist and doesn’t like Asian, racist and don’t know the basic process.
Some doctors are nice but receptionist killing their skills & front desk giving bad impressions to patients. Cannot recommend this place it’s Absolutely useless. Think about other medical centers around. Highly not recommend this place to anyone.

I highly recommend Parkwood Green Medical Centre. Dr Moj Sebti in particular.

After being diagnosed with Cancer and after going through multiple surgeries and the long term impacts on my health - I found my previous surgery and Dr was not treating me, just medicating me and not looking after my health needs at all.

I found Dr Sebti and he has changed my life around medically and mentally; he has ensured that I am part of the decision making with all my health needs but he is the driving force behind sound medical advice and practices that continually improve the quality of my life. We work together, with clear shared goals for my future. I’m only in my mid 30s and he is giving me my life back.

It’s so refreshing to be a patient of a highly qualified, skilled, meticulous and genuine medical professional whom is truly invested in providing world class service to his patients no matter how complex and challenging my health needs have been and will continue to be.

I’m listened to, heard, treated as a valued person, respected and always impressed.

Not often you can come away from the Doctors smiling, but I do.

The reception staff are lovely and so helpful too.

Doctor CJ is one of the best. Only thing is appointments are never on time always have to wait 20 - 30 min extra which is annoying

Unless you’re seeing Pearly, everyone else is a waste of time. Especially Dr Suganthi Thangaraju. Absolute garbage doctor. Won’t look at your history or even listen to you. If superclinic in Caroline springs wasn’t closed I’d be going there every time.

I am extremely happy with Parkwood Green Medical. The doctors are fantastic and the staff are always very accommodating, especially with my 5 and 7 year old children.
I needed a good doctor when my daughter was born as I was recommended this clinic. I haven’t looked back.

I might be old fashion but they seem to want to speed through patience, send them to the lab, so they come back again $$

Risk of going in the morning is waiting for the laboratory. I waited 2.5hrs. After they clear the back log they might be okay

Last five years I am going to this medical centre, I like all the doctors and staff, they are very friendly to me

Even after booking an appointment they make you wait atleast 45 min people who have come after us are sent in.
One of the doctors is not even ready to hear the symptom.
The receptionist need more experience or proper training.
