Chips undercooked could only mange to eat a quarter of it
The man at the counter was rude i asked if i can change my mind from the Portuguese chicken to the charcoal chicken he gave me a stare when i said dont worry about it.
Definitely wont be coming back

Possibly the dryest chicken I have ever tasted. Seriosly how do businesses survive offering such poor quality. To the owner. Try your own food! I see other businesses thrive with high quality, consistant product. Try it!

0 stars! Chicken dry. Not able to eat. Service from staff is as bland as the salads. And soooo overpriced when red rooster is around the corner.

Purchased from here last night and wont waste my money or time again!
Chicken was dry even the legs which you don’t see often, side of chicken was cold and so was gravy because they decided to pack the hot and cold food all in the one bag so greek sald was packed directly on top of gravy and up against chicken and the salad obvs wasnt fresh as all the lettuce was yellow and brown.
If I could post photos I would.
Threw it all in the bin and had ham and fruit which would’ve been the best choice to start with.

Rubbish, The chicken was super dry like it's been sitting there for 2 days, I couldn't even eat it. Also I asked for half a chicken and they gave me 2 sahara desert dry breasts.

Overpriced for its location - like a 7-11 in a regional area.
Wedges were decent.
Kebab itself was falling apart - Chicken was okay
Customer service below average

FYI: They don't have Menulog working and nobody picks up the phones.

Ordered a 10pc fried chicken and chips + Gravy & Greek Salad.

Chicken was surprisingly left in a normal chicken bag and was soggy like you’ve never seen before, tasted as dry that I was almost eating paper.was sitting in the window when I got there so who knows how long it’s been sitting there for.

Gravy was almost like it was watered down to the point it had to thickness at all, water would be thicker than that gravy.
These people don’t know what a Greek salad is because this was half full of onion, only had a tiny cube of feta in it and no dressing at all. Would rather eat a plastic bottle.

Chips were the only thing that was good, and that was because they were made fresh. But everything was very overpriced and a waste of $47.50, robbery

Way over priced chicken was so full of salt, couldn't eat, salads were discussing. Never will I order from them again.

Kebab quality average, chips were old and left over from hours back, when I called to complain no apology, just a repeating parrot? Answering the call “We no give fresh chips to the customers.we no fish customers chips at all.customers.chips fresh customers no chips lol …!

Ordered meat box and they were stale and dry. Probably left over from the day before and just kept warm. There was no way I could eat that, so unfortunately had to throw out $22 worth of food

chips were not freshly cooked i think leftover from before lockdown chicken was so dry didnt even get to eat half of it and the salads had so much mayonnaise thats all you could taste what an absolute waste of money and the customer service was so rude

It's our local chicken & chip shop but yesterday we order our chips & they forgot about us. No apology was just not happy.

Set meal menu items are generously sized, making them good value. Gravy is definitely watered down - hence striking off one star. Charcoal chicken, the main drawcard of the establishment, is good. Crispy skin outside, moist chicken meat cooked through.

Went there today at 1.15 did my order and the Afghan girl working started to make my order up half way through finishing my order that was only pre cooked food she stopped making my order and started to take a Afghan males order then continued to make his order then got him to pay for his order then went back to my order I feel like I was racially Discriminated and put to the side after going here for 7 years im finding somewhere else now

I went today, ordered family chips which was more expensive than other charcoal chicken shops and packet is a lot smaller than I’d expect for what I paid. Not only that but realised its false advertising as on the wall at the shop the bag for family chips is not cut to make smaller but my bag has clearly been cut to make smaller. Never going back.

Ordered 2 chips and gravys and the gravy was so watered down it was basically like I was having soup. Went back and asked about it and was just given "sometimes it happens. " Bad service, would not recommend. Spend your money elsewhere.

Greasy chicken & really poor customer service. First time there and will not be back & i will tell everyone I know not to go there sadly.

The day before Christmas your think they'd be up to standard but nope.

Ok.so I go in for fried chicken, buy 1 piece.it's fantastic.go back the next day.buy 3 pieces.it's terrible.next time average.i guess it depends on how hungry you are.
Quality varies daily.chips are good.but it's charcoal chicken right! Lol
