Keep your eyes open while doing shopping here, They always charge extra. Today I purchased Mpf macadamia 200gm, on shelf price was mentioned $6.99. But staff charged me $8.99. I took photo of barcode from shelf and went back to counter, instead of saying sorry lady from the other counter started shouting that she can’t do anything. He behaved like an illiterate person. She don’t know what is customer service. Staff from other counter was saying that we have short staff so we can’t do anything. Is it reasonable answer. I am surprised from where you find this type of staff. Hate this shop. Will not visit again.

Pure customer service…charging extra…need to check very carefully your bill, unexperienced staff and very rude staff working not respect to their customer …….

So many varieties of veggies and fruits. The staff were fast in serving. Very organised and clean place.

Beware when buying flowers. I was charged $39 for $25 bouquet and instead of the lady refunding me the difference for her mistake, she sneakily peeled off the price sticker and handed me the receipt hoping I wouldn’t notice. I didn’t say anything to her because I avoid conflict but that is just not how you do business.

Very poor customer service, rude toward customer, not well trained, didn't know her own product from her own store. She should be pull back and get train all over again about customer service at the register. She looked at customer like I've been stealing her product. So rude.

It's big and there is lot of choices. But not very Cheap aswell be mindful few items rates and in kgs. We can't see individual price eg Curry Leaf. It's ok to go there.

Fresh Produce. I had to be a bit familiar with English names of the Asian veges though as I only knew what they were called in my native language.

I'm not sure that the under-pay rumour is ture or not but this is the second time I've got a long face from one of your cashier when i said "how are you", and surprisingly the same one, so here you go, two stars for you. And don't worry, keeping the same attitude is going to earn you a five star review later. Fair right?

Nice place for general Asian groceries. Clean, organised and good customer service where the pricing is not too bad too. Definitely recommended.

My spinach was literally covered in mud. I couldn't believe it. They couldn't manage to even wash it for us. The quality is very disappointing

Prices are pretty meh, quality is iffy at times, but the worst is the complete and utter lack of social distancing at the store. Yes, its a 2 way street, but management should know better.

A bit on the pricey side, generally a little dearer than the supermarkets, but exceptional quality and range. The range of produce, well displayed is amazing. Over 5 different sweet potatoes, 15 or so potatoes, 15 or so mushrooms, 15 apple varieties etc, etc. Many I've never seen before, only heard or read about. Definitely worth a look see if your in the area. Staff were helpful and seemed to be familiar with the very wide range of produce they sell.

Well presented fresh produce. Vegi and fruits.quality wise better than Wooloes and coles but price is higher than coles and Wooloes as well.some of the everyday items are much expensive than supermarket.

Huge variety of fruit and vegetables. Many products like nuts and Asian groceries also available making it a convenient one stop shop.

I go to Parkmore fruit & vegetables nearly every week. Great variety good prices and fresh. They have large range of grocery products as well. There are nearly always busy.

Although i'm very grateful to have this grocer nearby, I ALWAYS check my receipts immediately upon leaving as i've been overcharged quite a few times. I also think they should stock reusable bags as the amount of plastic that is used at this shop is ridiculous. Other that those issues, great selection of products, fruit/veg and not too expensive.
