Trevor & his team at Parkes Body Works went above and beyond my expectations by doing a fantastic job removing the scratches and dents on my car with excellent service and a fair price.

I dropped in for a query about a grill repair and left more informed and knowledgeable about the car repair industry, insurance claims and the best local Malaysian eats. Trevor was incredibly helpful, took time to explain what needed to be done and provided valuable advice. Highly recommended and will be back for more jobs in the future. Mm goi saai!

Had a great experience with Parkes Body Works and Trevor. Very knowledgeable and tremendous communication throughout the entire process. Trevor was super kind and helpful. This place did an amazing job fixing scratches on the front bumper of my car. The car was only 2 years old and It looked brand new when I received it back from them. I would go here again for any car repairs.

Owner Trevor Parkes was generous with time discussing the relationship between repairer, insurer and the client (vehicle owner). He advised some insurers practices are such that repair organisations refuse their business. Unfortunately my insurer fell to that category and thus I am unable to use Parkes Body Works for a minor bumper repair. So. No more girls on bikes with red scarves for me in future.

After my car was hit by an uninsured driver my car was left close to a write off and no panel beater wanted the job.

Brought my car in to replace an underbody cover. I was looked after really well by Trevor & his team who spent time to assess for the damage and finding a replacement without charging me for the initial visit. The quality of works has been excellent & I would highly recommend their services.

How lovely it is to have good people such as Trevor in our community! I went here intending to pay for a fix of a long scratch. Trevor noticed it actually didn't cut through the paint, and with a cloth he was able to clean it off. He was super honest. Didn't charge me at all even though I offered to pay. Fantastic experience! I recently had my car repaired at Parkes.
Trevor Parkes personally liaised with my Insurer, repaired the car like it had never been hit and kept me informed always on the phone in what was a short time frame.
When I collected the car it had been polished all over and detailed immaculately. I was impressed.

So glad I took my car here! I'm often nervous going to mechanics/panel beaters but this is the best one! Trevor is an absolute legend, you can definitely trust these guys, I even got a little certificate to guarantee the work. The work they did was in my budget, tailored to my needs, done in a reasonable time frame and exceeded my expectations. I'm shocked this place even exists, all the good reviews are true!

When you go there, allow lots of time. Trevor is very particular and will go through your car with a very fine comb.
But, after the repair, car looks like new, I do understand a bit about cars and would never be able to tell panel work was done.

Very efficient and friendly and kept me informed the whole way. My car has been fixed for two weeks whereas the other party to the accident is still having difficulty communicating with the assessor. Trevor does that all for you.

Trevor runs a very honest and transparent business. His team helped repair and repaint a nasty stone chip on the bonnet of my AMG. A very difficult task however Trevor's team did a great job and provided constant updates along the way!
