Park View Motor Inn

We having been coming to the Parkview Wangaratta as a group for more than 20 years on Australia Day weekend. We have come to spend time with family and have always had a good experience until this year.
Unfortunately with the new managers they have decided to book out our regular rooms without confirming if we would like to rebook.
Leaving a very sour taste and not very happy customers.
Very very poor customer service. Working in a similar industry I know the idea is to keep your customers happy.which the Parkview staff have not done

New managers Roger and Janine could not do anymore for us during our stay at Park View. Rooms were very accommodating - clean, comfortable, air conditioning worked well and the pool was very refreshing during the hot days. Transition from queen room to the deluxe upstairs 2 bedroom apartment was not a problem either as we were able to shift directly from one to the other. Housekeeping staff were very polite and helpful also. Park View will definitely be our first choice of stay for all our upcoming Wangaratta trips. Highly recommend. Regards Laurie and Susi Jones.

I have had to travel a number of times for work and this is probably the nicest room I’ve had so far,

Pleasantly surprised on how good the room was. It may be small but its well equipped, fairly modern and quality in arrangement and materials. Very clean and smells good. Its no 5 star hotel but for what it's worth it is very presentable with a microwave, heavy cutlery and plates, well insulated rooms, quiet a/c, very nice toilet and the bed was comfortable as my own at home.

We had been cycling.the reception welcomes cyclists enthusiatically.near the start of the Rail trail.we stayed to do Parkrun.the start of Wangaratta Parkrun is a short walk away.a fabulous parkrun.a good Chinese restaurent nearby.nice green view of tennis courts.

Clean, nice room, good heating (we were there in winter), very close to town centre, room well equipped with microwave, toaster crockery and cutlery. Motor is also doggrienfly

Perfect place to stay. Apartment was comfortable, well thought out and clean. Kylie at reception was an absolute gem.

This was one of the nicest Motels I have stayed in. The premium room was lovely and the park view was refreshing. I loved the pool area and most of all the staff were extra friendly and this adds to the enjoyable experience at Parkview Motel. If you are visiting Wangaratta or surrounding areas this is the place to lay your head.

We stayed in a Premium Suite With Park View and it was lovely. Beautiful green outlook, that was made even nicer with a bit of rain. Could park right outside the unit. Bathroom was very clean and spacious and the room was fresh and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. 9

Premium room was very clean, well furnished and amenities were comprehensive and thoroughly thought through e.g. Makeup towel in bathroom. Car windscreen washers in the car park were a first for us to see too.
Breakfast provisions at reception excellent and convenient.
Finally, very congenial hosts.

We had a very comfortable stay at Parkview and will come again. It's an older motel but the bedding and facilities are modern and very good and the rooms are a good size. The location is excellent and staff were friendly. Recommended.

Very clean and comfortable motel. It has ample parking and it is not far from the shops. The staff are friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

We found Alan and Elise to be most helpful and their motel comfortable and good value. We had two requests - space for bicycles to do the Rail Trail to Bright and somewhere to charge our electric car. Both these requirements were met with enthusiasm. Besides that, the room was appointed thoughtfully with what modern travellers need; plenty of power points, plenty of space, good reading light and a lovely view thrown in

Spotlessly clean and smelt fresh. Friendly and accommodating staff at check in. Lovely view out onto a park. Comfy and quiet.
We had a great one night stay last weekend and would stay again. Not 5 star and I don't say that to be offensive in any way but if you want a comfy and clean room for a night or 2 at an affordable price then this place is a go to.

Fantastic Motor Inn, highly recommend. Extremely clean and excellent location. Staff and the extra care they take really make a difference. Free movies and fresh milk available, close to all shops and parks, bed very comfortable and room really well set up

Excellent place to stay in Wangarratta. We stayed for 2 nights. Room was neat and clean. Staffs were friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable roadside accommodation. Able to accommodate late arrivals if you organise in advance.

The outlook from the room was lovely, across the billabong to the park and the tennis courts. The big sliding windows allowed for plenty of fresh air ventilation. The free use of the clothes washing machine was generous. The soundproofing was excellent. It was so close to town, shops and services it made walking a pleasure.

Absolutely brilliant, the rooms were clean and even though its on the main road our room was very quiet. Customer service was excellent and I highly recommend it to anyone!
