Park Trek Walking Holidays

I have done the Bay of Fires, Bruny Island and Three Cape hikes with park Trek and I can highly recommend

It was my first guided hiking tour and it was a wonderful experience. I hope to be back. Highlights for me were the colourful fungi, scenery, company, food and of course the very friendly echidna.

I would like to commend ParkTrek along with guides, Morgan and Matt for providing a quality and professional service.

Our guides:
• Established great rapport with the group, were patient and understanding
• Were safe and considerate drivers
• Were knowledgeable about fauna, flora, uniqueness of the area and history (I appreciated they didn’t pretend to know things they didn’t have the answer for and endeavoured to research it if they could)
• Provided yummy meals

Also-
Food was plentiful and delicious. Very happy to have the option to purchase a glass of wine.

Just completed a 4 day trek with Park Trek at the Bay of Fires in Tasmania. We loved it! Everything was so well organised, great accommodation and food and the guides Andy and Alicia were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. 5

We (9 friends) all in our early 70’s have just completed the Bay of Fires walk in Tasmania. Bianca and Jess our tour guides were absolutely fabulous so knowledgeable and jolly good cooks. Icena shearer’s quarters are fabulous so comfortable. The evenings were great fun fabulous dinners. We laughed for four days!

Park Trek Walking Holidays were fantastic! I hope to do more walks with this group of helpful attentive fun people. They made our trip extra special with their helpful and knowledgeable guidance. Nothing was a drama and we were kept informed and care for the whole time.

My husband and I did this trek last week and it was fantastic! Our two guides, Emma and Tahlia were inspirational with their knowledge of the area, friendliness, and their never-ending care and attention to us and the others in the group. The food provided was good quality and all dietary bases covered, plenty of great food and beautiful cheese platters for drinks and nibbles each night. We especially loved the Tarkine Wilderness Village and the lovely little cottages we stayed in, lots of wildlife wandering around.the village pub is fantastic along with all the helpful staff. The walks were well planned and very manageable, no rush and plenty of information given and time for photos. We would most definitely recommend this walk as a great way of seeing this part of Tasmania, very beautiful, plenty of adventure and lots of fun.

Did the three caps tour with Heidi and Steve. Great tour, incredibly beautiful lodge. Delicious and above all high quality catering. Great experience, would love to do it again anytime, highly recommended. Thank you so much

The Grampians (Gariwerd) GPT walk by ParkTrek was wonderful - a well organized hike through a uniquely stunning landscape with wonderful facilities along the way. Well done ParkTrek - most enjoyable and would recommend it.

Brilliant! Completed a 3-day hike along the Grampians Peak Trail and Park Trek was instrumental in making it one of the best long weekends I’ve ever had.

This trip was the best, we had amazing weather fabulous guides Brontë and Vincent, our other walkers felt like family. Our Tasman lodge was our home for three days, warm and cosy, myself and my two sisters just had the best time together experiencing the Three Capes we saw dolphins, seals, The Shy Albatross and many Whales even got to smell the whales breath, and did that stink! The trip was just fabulous.

Just completed the three day Grampians Peak Trail hike with Park Trek. The Park Trek team was brilliant and the trail itself the right combination of spectacular and challenging across a diverse landscape. Well worth doing!

I just completed 5day trek in Bay of Fires. It was an excellent adventure with two very knowledgeable and personable guides. I highly recommend this experience with 5 stars. I now look forward to my next trek with Park Trek.

In May 2022 I joined a great bunch of trekkers on Park Trek’s Wilson’s Prom walk. It was guided by Jess, Gerard and Sandra who all did a great job guiding and also as our hosts for 3 nights and 4 days. The hike in and out of the Lighthouse was absolutely epic, including the night staying at the Lighthouse which was really special.
