After living i the area for number of years have had cause to visit twice in the last week and 4-5 times in past three months. Prices are very good, staff are very knowledgable and helpful. Was always a "Bunnings fan" to be honest but Park Road Timber and Hardware are well stocked, great and east to find staff.am becoming (or have become) a fan. Thank you guys and gals

One of the shop attendants is absolutely miserable to deal with, but the rest ive dealt with a kind and helpful.

We used Park the last time we bought Merbau decking and found they were competitive and the quality was good. We like supporting our local hardware, but found this time the timber team were very unhelpful. They said that the 3.6 m decking lengths we needed were a 'special order' and quoted a premium for this length ($13.50 pm). I called another independent timber warehouse in Seaford and it was easy and quick to order and have the same length home delivered in 2 days at $9.50 pm.

Frustrating that none of the timber has prices. That immediately makes me just give up and not want to come back.
An employee told me it's because they're all different lengths (true in some but not all sections). Well, please at least display the price per metre. Thanks.

I've used the services of Park Road Hardware for past 40 years & they have always they been very competitive, they've never faltered, all staff make every effort to help out, recommend or attend to my order promptly for all my construction requirements.
Their service is now being met by my son, who also is getting the all his tools, work materials at a one stop shop and finds the history of be loyal passed down a generation. Keep it up guys, the bigger store don't offer this calibre of customer service or knowledge!

The guys at Park Road Timber & Hardware were really great at showing me what I needed to replace my timber deck - nothing was to much trouble. I was really happy with their service.
