8The receptionist; or one of them is absolutely terrible. Just needed the report and her attitude is really passive aggressive, no manners. Makes the whole experience horrible and can definitely not help the clinic to gain new patients. Service is good but when you contact the first people are the reception team so it’s not great that they have some people who treat you poorly for no reason
Richard and his team are the ultimate professional medical team. Never have I felt so confident in an operation, the calm Richard puts you through is soothing. I'm in recovery mode and I can't thank him and his team enough. I recommend Richard to anyone who needs shoulder surgery for a seamless process. Happy Easter
Mr Richard Dallalana is a fantastic surgeon. I raptured my bicep tendon. After several examination, he explained the surgery method in a simple term. Then he did a surgery with a minimum scare. Now I back to the gym after 6 months and can do exercises and with the same weights before injury.
Sincere genuine professional medical specialist. Great bedside/ consult manner, have used for elbow and knee and highly recommend.

I had my 2nd surgery with Richard a complete reverse shoulder replacement, a great surgeon, full of information before and after surgery. A near painless recovery, after only 4 weeks i'm feeling great! I could not recommend Richard highly enough! Thank you Richard.
Mr Dallalana has replaced my left shoulder 2 years ago & has now replaced my right shoulder 3 week, s ago & I would not go anywhere else for surgery work. Mr Dallalana also has the best team working with him.
