Park bar reviews
18Amazing food for such great value! Service was incredibly good, a lovely experience all round!
Beautiful space, cosy ambience, and the most perfect food and service! Great vegetarian and gluten-free options. Thank you, Grace and Roy for such a memorable evening!
Absolutely stunning meal we had at Park Bar the other night. Had their special short ribs my mouth is still salivating. We also had glass noodles with beef and chicken karage. Portions were big and the chicken was cooked to perfection. Not to mention the fun cocktails they serve. Highly recommend.
Honestly the best meal I have ever had. Pork bone soup, special. Service is above and beyond.
We had the tofu and rice and chicken katsu with egg, while good, I wouldn’t say it’s spectacular. The sweet potatoes and spicy fried chicken was better though. Service was great and polite.
A must for anyone who love’s Japanese or Korean fusion dishes. Refined selection packed with flavor. Had several lunches now and will be definitely be back for evening nibbles and drinks.
Hidden gem, tucked away just off Carlisle street.
It is such a stylish and welcoming restaurant to go for dinner. Food is excellent (try the rice cakes!), staff is very friendly and attentive, and a good little wine/ cocktail collection is available too.
I've been going there a few times because I love it so much and will continue to go in future.
This relatively new Korean/Japanese fusion restaurant is awesome and a must check out.
We went on a weekday night and had some cocktails, a sashimi platter and some chicken katsu curry.
The food was all incredibly tasty, very reasonably priced and generous.
The highlight of this beautiful hole in the wall is the staff. They are friendly, kind and attentive.
It was surprisingly quiet but I think once more people discover what it has to offer, it will get very busy!
Nice elegant venue aesthetically. The dishes albeit refined are a little sterile in nature considering Korean food is typically more street style in nature. No side dishes were served. I asked for all 3 dishes we ordered to come out at same time. One dish then proceeded to come out at a time. Why would a plate of Japchae come out to eat as a stand alone dish followed by a plate of fried chicken to eat by itself? Not very happy considering I specifically asked for all 3 dishes to come out together to avoid this happening. Too many decent Korean restaurants around that tastes more authentic and listen to my order instructions to return to this restaurant.
Service was impeccable and the food was awesome! Great vibe and great place to go for dinner. Will definitely be going back.
Just yum! Great food, great wine, great service nice ambience easy to park, plenty of meat and veggie options. Very good price point. 10/10 recommend.
Amazing Korean food super friendly Staff! This restaurant deserves a visit you won’t be disappointed- great value and a modern decor! A hidden gem
We were walking down Carlisle st and found this hidden restaurant/bar. They have a unique cocktail list that is very different to other bars, and prices are very reasonable. We sat down and enjoyed live music and cocktail in a Thursday night. What a perfect place for a date.
This private birthday function was a fantastic experience at Park bar, especially for salmon sashimi lovers. The expertly sliced and prepared salmon sashimi was of the highest quality, with a delicate and nuanced flavor. The attentive service and welcoming atmosphere made for a memorable celebration. Highly recommended for private functions or special occasions.
Park bar and restaurant is a great choice if you like fusion Korean and Japanese cuisine. Located in an arcade off Carlisle street. The staff are super friendly and have a bar with a wide selection of cocktails etc.we went for a friends birthday and booked out the entire restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, highly recommended for your next celebration. Parking was easy on street or at the rear, the tram runs at the front also.
Great food, awesome drinks and good hospitality,
Been numerous times and highly recommend it.
A group of us have been several times for a drink. We were so impressed with the friendly service we booked a meal. Absolutely delicious food and impeccable service. Since then we’ve been back as a group for post class drinks and they offered a dog bed for my puppy.
Lovely people. Great food. Delicious drinks and coffee. Highly recommend.
Food was tasty, but one of the dishes took over an hour to come out, and the others were very fast. Not good for my hungry kids. Staff were nice though. Menu could have been clearer when ordering sushi. The only place to see what we could get was on the display, which i couldn't read from my table.
All the other customers seemed to be having a good night, so I'm assuming our slow food was not a regular occurrence
