I am rating Parc Technologies with 5 stars, and if I could give more I would. I purchased Quick Heal anti virus from Parc Technologies today and I experienced difficulities downloading the program. I rang Parc Technologies after hours and Prince Mathews guided me through and remotely assisted me to download the program. Prince then gave me a 10min tour of the different online banking aids that Quick Heal could provide. I would recommend Parc Technologies to all my family, friends and anyone who asked about a antivirus program. Thank you for your wonderful service. **********************
