Always my top clinic in Melbourne for an international student. Fair prices, excellent service, super nice staff performance.

It has been about a year and a half since I came to Melbourne, and I have been coming to the clinic here almost every month for various examinations.

My menstrual pain was really bad, and even though I was given painkillers, it didn't improve, so I was referred to a specialist. Then, I was diagnosed with endometriosis and had to undergo surgery, and I was able to have the surgery done overseas without any problems. I had to go to another hospital for the surgery, but they arranged for an interpreter, which made me feel really at ease.

I have voluntary insurance in addition to my student visa, which is required for my student visa, so I have never paid for it, but I think all overseas hospitals are expensive, so I think it would be safer if I had insurance.think. I have never once felt that the attitude of the staff or teachers was bad. The ladies at the reception always greet me politely and I feel comfortable coming to work. (People who write that they have a bad attitude probably think that their older sisters will be like that too.lol)
Even if you make a reservation at a Japanese hospital, it's often not possible to get there on time, and there may be some emergency patients, so I think it can't be helped lol.

Recommended for those who come abroad and are confused about the hospital

I truly regret not reading the 1-star reviews before booking. They are spot on. I was blindsided with hidden fees, and as an international student, I felt particularly taken advantage of. My consultation with Dr. Susan was remarkably brief and lacked the essential checks I anticipated. To make matters worse, both the staff and doctor couldn't provide a clear explanation for the unexpected charges. Their approach was unwelcoming and bordering on hostile, especially for someone visiting for the first time. My advice? RUN!

Receptionist's are friendly, polite and efficient. The clinic is 'beautiful, retro and well set out".

All japanese receptionists and doctors are helpful! I was so relaxed while I visited there. I'm definitely going back when I have health problems!

Great service and friendly staff. However the Nurse working in Pathology seemed to have difficulty with everything - e.g. Taking my blood pressure had to be done about 6~7 times trying both arms (never happened to me before), and also did something to tear my skin (?) on my arm when removing the needle after taking blood. By far the most painful removing of a needle I've experienced. And though she was wearing a mask, was sniffing the whole time - which was ironic, given the sign at the front saying if you have symtoms.etc.

Staff very welcoming and helpful.

Helpful staff and doctors are great. You are still required to wear a mask inside as of March 2023.

We called for booking last moment for emergency situation, only 1 hour before close the clinic. But they put our name straight to see the doctor. Their service was above the standard and professional.

We were really appreciated, highly recommend!

The place is ambient, staffs are friendly and helpful answered all my questions and the doc Andrius is friendly and examined my injury and listened to me patiently, the only issue is they are charging a bit above the minimun price, think it's fair enough

This place is very unprofessional, prioritize seeing doctor’s family member/personal friends, while making other patient wait hours in waiting room.
Appointment time means nothing here if you don’t know the doctor. Ugh. Very disappointed.

Dr Andrius and the accompanying nurse were very professional and dealt my high blood pressure condition and worked till the blood pressure was down. Very happy with the excellent service.

I had a consultation today, and the staff were really nice, quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend coming here if you need medical assistance!

The counter staff are courteous, efficient and knowledgeable.
The doctor seeing me is professional and is able to communicate with his patience attentively.

The place is clean and hygienic. Had to wait 20 mins before I could meet the doctor. Doctor and staff are quite friendly and caring.
