A great, professional business to work alongside. Working in the liquor industry I've forged some strong, business relationships with many of the reps. If you are looking for a rep for your business I'm sure Daniel, Cassidy, Kyle or any of the reps would be able to assist.

Antony my Sales Rep is extremely helpful, goes out of his way to find unique product to help grow and develop my business. Including utilising Paramounts specialised contractors to visit me onsite (regional location) for product training, implementation and marketing. As a regional business, suppliers can often impose high delivery levies and restricted delivery options, Antony has gone above and beyond to assist with making sure our business partnership is benefiting my business needs. During the current unknown very stressful Covid period, Paramount were exceptional in their customer service and I cannot thank them enough. I’m very much looking forward to a post Covid world and re-establishing our business relationship.

Always fast, friendly in the office, drivers usually know what's going on, and punctual. Have never missed a delivery, have never covered up their mistakes with excuses like others. Keep it up Paramount!

They are an amazing company that go out of their way to ensure you are looked after!

Paramount are awesome to work with. Their team of specialists are extremely helpful in assisting our venue in products to stock. And our rep - wow, who knew somebody could care so much about their clients! Cass seriously goes above and beyond and we are so grateful for her.

I am really enjoying working with these guys. My rep Jane is super attentive and awesome to deal with and their selection of beer, wine and spirits along with their competitive pricing is the best in the market. Would highly recommend.

Emailed them regarding prices on a few beers for the restaurant. Got a reply the next day from Kim Rubbo telling me to go to their online portal and have a look there. I'm not an idiot Kim. I know you have an online portal but some things have to be done via email. I feel you should just find a different job that can accommodate to your character. You can't even help a customer out via email. What surprised me is that you had the time to reply telling me to go and see the online portal but you had no time to just copy and paste the prices of the drinks that I requested. Wont be giving you guys business anymore.

We used to work with treasury wine estate for 15 years and unfortunately they do not do deliveries any more, they (TWE) recommend paramount liquor and that's when things got ugly and ordering is just a nightmare with these guys, looks they have no idea what customer service is and they are just after restaurant's money.
Today we had a delivery and it's missing some of the items, weeks ago some beers which were wrapped in tapes, looked like they have smashed some of the bottles and they just replaced the smashes ones and taping the whole box, one of my staff had broken pieces of glass when she was opening the box and filling the fridge and the list goes on and on!

The worst experience, they deliver to our restaurants as if they do a favor on us. Deliveries are done during the night between 7 and 8 when the restaurant is at the peak, had complained many times, the staffs sounds on the phone as if they don't care because it seems they have too much business to handle. For one of our restaurant they just deducted the delivery days and did not even thought to inform us at all, it is a night mare to order with them every-time. We are just waiting to change our menu so that we can change our wines and has nothing to do with treasury wines or for the worst Paramount liqor, When TWE was handling it themselves we had wonderful service for years. Shame on Paramount that companies like TWE are dragged down.

Worst service one can get from anyone or any company on this planet after operating restaurants in 4 countries.
