Paramount Caravans

We bought a new 206 paramount. Love the design. We used the 2019 design in our 2020 caravan. Just disappointed with the finish. Just little things. Eg leg arms loose. No coverings on wireing under vanno dust covers over holes where wireing goes through. All other van have isolating switches but ours for the hot water system. Asked to have one put it and told no you have signed the contract which means I need to be an electrican also than had to get the dealer to move the power point to axcess it at my cost. Dealer charged me $220. This should have never happened. Other things that were asked to be done were not done. Would go back to concept next time. Better finish. You dont see these things till later.

Purchased a new 20.8ft Paramount Golden Eagle Eureka April 2015. We chose a Paramount because they build quality caravans.but what we found is that their after sales service is second to none. Steve Johnson and his team go out of their way to provide total customer satisfaction, nothing is a problem. If you are looking to buy a new van.do yourself a favour and have a serious look at Paramount.you won't be disappointed.

My husband and I are the proud owners of a Paramount Micro 15'6"caravan.
We love our Micro and have travelled extensively through Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia during 2017.
The Micro provided us with a perfect home away from home as we travelled and explored, spending most time freedom camping and only staying in caravan parks very occasionally. Previously we have owned larger caravans and were unsure how we would like the smaller van when we had decided to downsize, however the micro met all our expectations and more.
In December, we took the van to Paramount at Campbellfield for a couple of minor problems and we rate the service, helpfulness, professionalism and friendliness of all the staff as 5 star. Nothing was a bother and work performed was of the highest standard. We have been reassured that any problem or defect would continue to receive the best care and workmanship.

The after sales service by Paramount is exceptional as we have found on an odd few occasions when we've needed help even after the warranty period.
