Paradai III Thai Restaurant reviews
46Small family restaurant always happy with the food over many years. Located beside another Thai restaurant that seems to get more business due to their entry right on the corner of the building Paradi is the next door along with no clear marking unless you look at the window they need identifying signage to define their entry.
We ordered a pad Thai and requested no peanuts because our child has Anaphylaxis with peanut. I try to remind the waitress no peanut because allergies. When the meal came up there were crushed peanuts covered on the pad Thai. Very disappointed!
Fantastic stir-fried noodle dishes. The rice noodles end up slightly charred, which results in a texture and flavour bomb. I swear I grew my baby on their Pad See Ew.
The curries are good too - they're not stingy with the amount of meat or filling, especially when you consider the price point.
Very happy with our order with Menulog took a bit longer than anticipated but the food was cost-effective and delicious! Definitely will be back!
It isn’t my usual Thai place. Mine was closed for holidays. Great food. It was a little noisy as it is a large ish place, but overall not too bad.
You can hardly go wrong with Thai. We liked the curry paste with egg in Hor Mok seafood. The texture made me feel like you are having crab yolk. For a mixed sea food dish for $20, it’s worth trying. Nice!
Best Thai food by a mile.
I've been eating here for over 10 years and still love it.
Penang curry and coconut rice is the best.
I remember eating out at some fancy restaurant in the city a few years ago.
Can't remember the name, but it was like $30-$35 for the Penang curry.
It was horrible.
I've eaten at several thai food places and i'm always disappointed because I always compare them to this.
Been coming here for over 10 years, still the best thai food in Melbourne, by a mile.
Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful culinary experience. We had a large group, banquet menu that we were able to make some changes to and everything was made so easy when dealing with management, the front of house and the Chefs. Highly recommended, great tasting food, thank you chefs and kitchen hands ️
I dined here for the first time two weeks ago and will definately be back because the food was really very good. The table had chilli lamb, Panang curry and a kind of sweet and sour fish fillet with crispy noodles. All dishes were very much enjoyed by all and although the restaurant was very busy and you could see the team were flat out, everyone got what they wanted when they wanted it. Thank you Paradai team for the delicious food and friendly service.
Pork mince in spring rolls was raw, pad see ew had a very strange taste……not a good thai food experience tonight unfortunately
We have been going here for years! This during lockdown was our Saturday go to! My husband is obsessed with Pad med manuang (chilli stirfry chicken) and will only order this with Roti! I love their Larb Gai and satay chicken skewers! So fresh and authentic
I’m really disappointed with the quality of the food. We ordered off uber eats and the satay chicken sticks were half the size they usually are yet they’re still so expensive.
I ordered food at 6: 30 it took 2.5hrs to be delivered! The food was amazing but the delivery took way to long! I would of given them 5 stars if it didn't take so long.
First time.last time. Ordered Satay chicken and Pad Thai. Chicken was dry and Pad Thai was lifeless, no taste. Will keep looking for a good Thai restaurant.
Been waiting over 1.5 hours for uber eats delivery. They won't answer their phone and wont reply to messages. I will never order from ghis place ever again
Very slow service and not friendly Food is average.
Food came out late. The waitress then asked us to leave when we just finished eating cause they have to close the restaurant.
I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there and of course will not come back again in the future.
The food is delicious, but our experience of taking too long to prepare food has become far too often. Last experience saw our order delivered 1.5hrs after order, which was 40mins late. Lies about it being on the way (5mins until we get to you, was delivered 30mins later!).
Disappointed that continued loyalty is met with such lies, instead of apologies, truth and corrective action.
Enjoyed some good Thai food in a cosy atmosphere. While quite busy tonight we received good service. Value for money here.
It was busy today, which is great but it appears the kitchen was not able to keep with the demand. Long wait.
Just had on Uber Eats. So disappointing. Two biggest issues were the beef massaman where the meat was inedible due to fat and grissle and then $4 for three small half pieces of Roti. Overall was watery and quite tasteless. Avoid!
