Good varieties. The only thing put off was the 2 counter ladies. Very rude staff teach them how to talk to customers, instead of laughing and making fun of their customers which is why i give you 1 star for poor service.

Meat is good but mate your pricing for goat is a rip off. Al Baghdadis butcher located 5 mins from your shop selling goat and lamb leg for $11.99 and your price is $19. If you have doubt check their Facebook page.

Way too much difference in pricing. Once people realise this you will lose customers. Be competitive and stop ripping people off when everyone are doing tough.

When you make mistakes receive the call and talk to customers.my order was missing and I called you and you hang up the call after I tell you the problem.very very irresponsible.didn’t expect that.your shop is good but please be careful.

Possibly the best Pakistani and Indian grocery shop in the western suburbs. Halal meat, vegetables and extraordinary services.

I am very disappointed with the way my 2 Qurbanis were handled as I had specifically requested to cut the meat into pieces but keep the goat leg in a single piece.
Today while picking up the meat they handed over the meat in a bag with cut pieces of goat. I am not sure if it was my goat or they just put left over qurbani meat in a bag for me.
I questioned the owner and he said the factory was having qurbani load so they had cut all the meat into pieces to my suprise he was lieing as 2 hours before my another friend who is well known to the owner was handed over the meat in a proper way and the way he requested (Whole Leg, Shanks etc).
Moreover, the meat handed over to me is not of good quality as well as it was warm meaning not kept/stored properly.
I am not sure if it is even in good condition to distribute amongst people.
Please I will request everyone to do your own checks before you order anything from him as this experience has left a very soar taste and will be my last ever order from Parachinar.

BEWARE OF THIS MEAT SHOP. They steal your $1 or 2 in your every meat purchases. For example If Beef listed $14/kilo they apply $15 in your receipt. So make sure you MUST compare the listed price and the price in your receipt. I’ve been buying meat from here since 2 years and never bother to check until my friend told this to me and I found the same thing in my receipt. They are real BURGL*RS. They do not give you the meat receipt back to you in the front counter. So you do not have anything to double check the meat prices you paid for. These people do not deserve to serve public. I hope one day they will caught up with council and will be held accountable for their illegal actions.

I have never stepped into the store but like many Australians during the lockdown I started ordering food and groceries to be delivered. In this case I ordered via the ubereats app. I mainly do click and collect from the big 2 (Woolies and Coles) or walk instore to the many asian shops in Alfrieda St. This hesitation to purchase groceries from small businesses was was based on the fear that the selected on my behalf would be a bit subpar. However recently I had made a conscious decision to support small local businesses as much as possible during these hard times of Covid 19 lockdowns, especially if my shopping list was small.

I understand that sometimes what is visually appealing on the surface may be off on the inside; fruit can have blemishes on the surface that has no impact on taste and appearance after pealing. That is part and parcel of dealing with fresh food.
Having ordered some vegetables on a few prior occasions I thought I could order fruit and hope for the best. Fruit is a lot harder to pick than vegetables as imperfections on leafy vegetables can be clearly seen but fruits require a bit more scrutiny and judgement to pick something worthwhile. However I went ahead and ordered some Guava as a night snack, i thought at worst I would get some unripe or blemished fruit; but what I got was partially rotten and mouldy guava.

Yes, let me absolutely clear that the fruit itself; from just the most basic of cursory inspections was highly blemished with black patches and marks. Upon closer inspection, the fruits seem to bee heavily bruised and there were clear signs of mould growing on one of the fruits. At the touch it was clear that these fruits were bruised and one was very soft, upon slicing in halves I discovered some jelleyfied spots in 2 separate fruits.

It's was clear that what I got was not a carefully selected item, but was either their unsellable stock or outgoing rubbish. I'm more inclined to believe the latter. If this is the level of service that I can expect than I will no longer use their services anymore. Attached below are pictures of the items taken 5mins after delivery, this was mainly for a refund request from ubereats. I leave it up to you to decide if the fruit was in an edible state.

Very bad quality for meat. No one wears masks in the store, some people have under their nose. I request everyone to report to Police about this store as they might cause the spread of Covid. I have already complained with the photo evidence

Such a pathetic customer service food quality is supreme low and meat quality is always bad even so smelly today i asked them nicely over the phone call they said do whatever you can.

Very bad customer service i ask to cut the curry pieces but instead of cutting they said cut by self in home strange behavior.

Halal Meat section is also selling reasonable range of meat products for customers,

A few parkings available in front and on the back side of the store as well, and easy access from both sides

Good Desi store for everyday grocery needs. But Shan and other masala packets are bit expensive (around 1.40) similarly expensive Ginger/Garlic pastes and most of the stuff. I'm comparing the prices with IGA store in fawkner adjacent to Ghalji

Great service. And I think only money gram agent in Melbourne who is happy to give money. If it’s a big amount then I’ll recommend you to go this place. That’s amazing.

But it Stands Appart due to it Range of Products and the Quality of its Range they maintain is Much Above the Rest!
There is No Compromise on Customer Satisfaction and Relations too!
Plus they No only Maintain the Green Groceries Fresh and With Exotic Fruits and Vegetables in Addition to the Locally Grown and Produced Range!
They Also have a Very Well maintained Fresh Stock of Meat Polutry Beef too!

Such great environment they have made inside the store, as well meat quality is so good. Staff is very friendly and helpful even their customer service was great. Infact they provide such good weekend offers.

Not Safe. The main guy who was taking all the photos of all the food had no facemask on. When asked, he said he can not put on. Business need to adhere to state rules. I will report to police as i took photos of the guy. Everyone needs to contribute for safety. They deleted my comments on facebook.
