I ordered Roti canai with sauces. The food was delicious and the curly hair girl was very polite and served me with a smile throughout. Will definitely recommend this restaurant.

Food took more than a half hour and when they tried to serve it it was cold, then when ask to get a new one waited extra 10 minutes. Staff seemed more annoyed than apologetic

Can you bring back metal spoon? I can’t eat roti canai with wooden spoon.can you give us the proper utensil? Thanks

I always have Chadstone papparich since they closed due to construction, thought of trying the M city franchise. Such a disgrace to papparich. Their portions were so small, Nasi lemak had no sign of any coconut milk in it. The beef randang felt like it was boiled in water had no flavour at all just tiny four pieces was all that was given, I wouldn’t even call it rendang such horrible food. Very disappointing. Avoid this place and save your money

Worst wan tan beef gravy I ever had.picture tells a thousand words, (did not manage to finish)
4pcs of beef, 2 strings of veg, no wok hei and looks horrible.

Food was ok, service let’s it down didn’t want to serve at the register, asked me to use self serve it wasn’t busy so there was no excuse step up pappa rich not good enough.

Spent over $40 for lunch and when I asked for some sambal, they wanted to charge $2… ridiculous…

Don't go here, their portion are smaller compared to other papparichs and the quality of the food is not good. The curry mutton I get is always dry and they've messed up my order quite a few times. I recommend you go to Monash papparich, they have much bigger portion sizes and is at a much cheaper price

Ordered the Rendang Beef takeaway and got the tiniest portion I have ever seen for $23! Absolutely horrible service… Seriously? Absolutely insane to spend that amount of money for hardly even a meal. Disappointing.

Loving the generous portion of chicken curry given with the roti canai - the chicken is so tender and the curru itself is just the right amount of spice. The sambal is spicy but has a slight sweetness to it and the the dhal helps neautralise the dish itself

First time there, and last time. Food was below average. Got the chicken rice and steamed chicken. It does not look anything like what is presented on the menu. What was presented was actually quite a slop, taste was below par. We came here from word of mouth that Paparich’s food are nice. Maybe at other franchises, but this one certainly has put us off from going to others. Please take notice of the poor reviews.

I don’t know where they learn to cook but their food are tasteless no flavour at all. I had to ask for salt to give it a bit of taste… $17.50 for a simple chicken soup with wontons and fish balls is a big disappointment, their soup is tasteless. Not only it tasteless, it too expensive for a small portion.

The chicken is not fresh, and there are still a few chicken feather roots left on the skin, which is disgusting. The portion of roti is less than other paparich restaurants

The taste of this shop is different from other paparich chain restaurants, the chicken is very fishy and stale, the rice should have just been heated from the refrigerator, and the portion is still cold, the roti is much smaller than other shops, will not come again.

Not the best since the start but seems to get worse with time. It was up to an hour wait for take away, then a white coffee that taste like someone accidentally spill some coffee powder into a cup of hot water (super plain). Not sure how much worse can this be when the signature drink can taste so terrible. Would have give 0 star if allowed. Not recommended at all!

Came here for Nasi Lemak. The food was tasty especially the chilli and fried chicken. The service was top notch.

Today i visited PappaRich 3rd time and today food and drink i ordered is waste of money. ROTI CANAI with vegetarian curry mutton is tasteless, roti is burned and horrible taste, Lemon tea iced is bitter and tasteless. I also ordered extra fried rice instead was served plain rice because lady did not explain properly.
The Lady at front is rude and have No customer service experience at all. The restaurant was quiet today and still food was horribly tasteless.
My Thursday PappaRich food experience is nightmare.
PappaRich restaurant needs to get better and needs to focus on food quality and good customer service Otherwise No one will go there.
I will not recommend this restaurant, very much disappointed.

The quantities are pretty small to begin with and got food poisoning from the food we ordered towards the end of the day.

I came several times to eat nasi lemak but they give just a little sambal for 1 plate nasi lemak.even though I add on 2 extra sambal and the extra sambal also not enough for our nasi lemak and the rice becomes wasted without sambal…the management should consider about it.i love nasi lemak but this you need to pay attention.thank you

bad customer service, the lady is rude and seems to me she doesn’t treat her other co workers well.food is terrible and I’ve been to better papprich stores.horrible never going back, big emphasis on BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES WORKING THERE! Don’t waste your time.
