Yummy food and drinks at good prices. Lots of gluten free and vegetarian options too! Highly recommend the zucchini and corn fritters.

I ordered the Hot Spud with garlic butter and bacon and to say I was disappointed is an understatement, I paid $16.50 for this and it was appalling, the spud was barely warm, the cheese was mozzarella NOT tasty cheese, I could barely taste the garlic butter, the coleslaw was gross, and I was expecting to have heaps of diced bacon on top but no I had one single bacon strip ON THE SIDE, the whole thing was bland and cold and the bacon tasted like it had been cooked in the same pan as chicken and fish. I will NOT be going back to Paper Cup and Co ever again.

Waited half an hour for a so called loaded spud that was boiled by the look of it. It had dry coleslaw and 1 strip of bacon on the side! Never again!

There have been two times in 40 years that I have asked for my money back/refused to pay for food. This was one of those times unfortunately. We ordered a vegetable soup and scrambled eggs on toast. Pretty simple meals. The soup was super oily and so incredibly spicy it was inedible. The scrambled eggs were runny and slimy and pooled on the plate. We just couldn't eat it. Thankfully we didn't get charged but the manager made it clear he was annoyed.
Edit - this is a genuine review of Paper Cup located in Westfield. The soup was on the specials and I spoke to staff at the time to deal with the issue. This occurred a number of months ago.

Was a small Cafe but had a great atmosphere, very happy cheerful staff, coffee hot and so were our meals we will be back

Had a baked potato with the lot. It was delicious. What stands out the most for me is the staff who are so very polite and make sure you get a great service. Will definitely go back.

Any time we are in town this is our go to cafe! The white hot chocolate is just delicious and vegan with soy/almond or oat milk:) We cannot wait to try out the other hot chocolate options! Super happy with all the vegan sweet treat options and the hot drinks that were vegan too. The staff are super friendly and fast service.

I enjoyed the smashed avo here. It was simple but it was cooked well. Nothing really special though. I feel the downfall of this place is that it is in the westfield shopping centre and as such, doesn't have the best vibe. Nice place to pop into though if you're already shopping and wanting to stop for lunch.

Menulog wouldn't let me leave a review, which is a shame because Paper Cup & Co deserve a better rating. We got the Oreo and Nutella pancakes delivered and they were genuinely good for delivered pancakes. They were intensely chocolatey which was delicious with the strawberries. Perhaps it could have done with more strawberries to break up the sweetness, but I didn't mind the euphoric sugar rush. They gave us tons of icecream and tubs of maple syrup to go with it. I recommend ordering from Paper Cup & Co

Great breakfast and lunch menu, very friendly staff, nice selection of smoothies and coffees. Thank you to the elderly gentleman at the front for being very kind and accommodating of our toddler. Will be back again. 10/10

The staff is so welcoming and energetic. We love the buttermilk pancake.the space is neat and interior is perfect to relax and have coffee. Recommended 100%

Amazing 5 star vegan food! And very nice genuine staff, they noticed i was vegan and warned me that the wedges i wanted were not made in separate oil for vegan food so that meant a lot that he told me instead of just taking the order:) would definitely recommend this place to anyone, especially if vegan
