Papa's Rich Noodles (Order Online/Delivery)

Very fresh & well organised, tasty sweet n sour & fried rice yummy, the Cantonese steak however was nice flavour but very hard to chew& Forgot my extra container I paid extra for spring rolls lovely & prices reasonable

Really disappointed in my soup tonight, meat seafood combination, seafood constitute disgusting rubbish, don't try and pass fake seafood as seafood. You've lost a regular customer.

Ordered a heap of takeaway food one night, my wife spat out her chicken with a large blowfly, upon closer inspection the dish was full of maggots. Upon disgust we threw out the whole lot of food as I didn’t want to make my family sick. They were only going to refund the one dish not the whole lot. They were very resistant to giving the whole refund back, also only deal in cash with no receipts or record of orders.

Visit here at least twice a week. Never had a bad meal here, prompt service, always happy to see you and will do their best to accommodate anything you may like removed or put into a dish.

The food here used to be great but it's changed lately, it's very expensive and you can't order on the phone because they want extra charges and it's atleast $100 for 2-3 people

The food was fantastic, and cooked on the spot too. It was hot and fresh, and the noodle bowls were absolutely filled to the brim. The fried rice bowl was around 90% full. We couldn't eat it all and had enough for leftovers the next day. We'll definitely be back.

Ordered dim sims because the price was too low for delivery… realised half way through eating they were pink inside and have been sick since…

So my honest review - food is good.at least the things that were still edible - got a delivery - order was over $100 and we heard the driver DROP our food which in turn resulted in 3 broken containers. 2 so bad the food was filled with broken plastic -

honey chicken tasted like someone had dropped the entire honey jar in there completely.way too much honey - soggy chicken and some were so fatty u couldnt chew it.phone service wasnt an option and was hung up on when i asked about delivery as were new to town, so ordered online - came within the hour but i definatly recommend another driver thats for sure - he took NO CARE at all in the way he left our food leaking out the teared bag onto my front porch.did call to complain about my experience but was told noone cared so easiest way is to leave a review!

Best fried rice I’ve ever had anywhere. You can tell the ingredients are fresh, meat/chicken/prawns cooked to perfection and big pieces of everything - none of those tiny prawns, these are the real deal! Generous portions, can easily feed 3 people with one serving. Full of flavour…. Noodles are amazing too. I won’t go anywhere else!

I'm very specific with ordering and order the same thing each time due to food allergies. Non English speaking girl at front of counter only one taking orders got order wrong with the allergy foods. I brought food back and the cook argued that it's not their fault and my replacement I can have for free. Ummm I brought back the untouched food and have already paid and why argue. Just apologise and be done with it. We order from there quite regularly. This is the only time I've come in person to order & pick up. Usually order via phone.

Edit * I have always phoned in my order and had it delivered. Now tonight they say you cannot order your food on the phone that you have to order online for delivery. Said the boss said it now as I was on phone. I asked to speak to the boss, they said no he's busy and hung up. I called back and they said boss is in Melbourne. Very bad service, lies and no care for the business or customer satisfaction.

Massive meals for a cheap price, amazing food and excellent customer service.

Tonight our order was wrong, took over an hour, and cost so much for not very good tasting food.

So much oil at the bottom. We could not even finish it.

My partner and I bought noodles 3 days ago. As soon as I ate it I instantly got sick. The next day I was still extremely sick with extreme vomiting and diarrhoea, the same as my boyfriend. A few other people I told about getting food poisoning said they had the same experience. 3 days later I am still nauseous and have still been constantly on the toilet. Will not be coming here again.

Fantastic comfort food. Some items are a few dollars over-priced but justified because there is often a pileup of customers at meal times. Very tasty and filling. Try the black bean noodles - surprisingly good.

The food is decent but it's not what it is meant to be. Singapore noodles are not Singapore noodles, does not fix the Singapore noodle craving. All in all decent tasting, there are long waits.

Absolutely horrific service.

Ordered our dinner at 6: 00pm for delivery to our home address.
At 8: 30pm still no food delivered, we called the shop and no answer every time or any responses to our voicemessages!

We drove to the shop since they ignored our calls and complained about the delay of our delivery.

We received our food unhygenically cold from the store with no apology from the owner and no refund.

Food was unable to be consumed and smelt weird $64.00 wasted!

Never ordering from Paparichs Warragul again.

This is the best takeaway in warragul, food is always cooked perfect everything on the menu is worth trying, the containers are always full unlike other Chinese takeaway in warragul. Every person I've suggested this to now has it atleast once a fortnight. I've never even written a review but papa's deserves it.

Very poor service.
Part of our meal was missing and took another 50 mins for them to send it. We sent it back and asked for a refund as my husband ended up making his own food. They were not happy about giving a refund.
We won't use these again.

Fast service even better with relaxed EFTPOS "rules" on busy nights they still have upto 30 minute wait. Has delivery service also
