Had a late night pizza on Friday night. Always reliable - delicious pizza, good prices and friendly service.

Keep your valuables close the delivery guys stole some of the new shoes from my porch. I enquired with thier management it was a vague response. The guy was the only person who came to my house on that day.

Delicious pizza, perfectly cooked. Very generous with toppings. Definitely top five pizzas I’ve had in Melbourne.

I have no idea what kind of place they are running here but we came in at 11: 00pm on a Monday night, an hour before closing time, and ordered one medium pizza. Now I work at a pizza place so when they said 20 minutes I was like ok, a little slow but ok, 15 minutes later I’m looking over and what I think is our pizza has just been put in the oven, ok very late into the oven but maybe it’s a quick oven, 10 minutes after that I’m wondering if it’s come out yet, I look over and they say it’s 4 minutes away, odd, I think, it shouldn’t take this long for one medium pizza but ok, it’s only 11: 25 and our train comes at 11: 35 so we have time. Fast forward it’s now 11: 33, we need to get going so we ask again, hey just take the pizza out now, doesn’t matter if it’s undercooked we need to go, they say it will be 4 minutes. Perplexed I wonder where on earth these times are coming from what happened to that pizza they threw 10 minutes ago, wasn’t that ours? I look over at the end of the oven and there it is a medium pizza sitting at then end of the oven but it’s not ours? No one else was in the place it was just us so why was this pizza thrown in and not ours. And the worst part is, the fact that wasn’t our pizza, our pizza hasn’t even been put in yet, they had just thrown in another pizza that again wasn’t ours so what was going on, there are three people working at the moment and in the last 35 minutes they couldn’t even be bothered to make one medium pizza and throw it in. So we grab a refund and run for the station and the train has just pulled away. Seriously I don’t know what the pizza tastes like here or if it’s worth the money, all I know is that if you want a timely dinner go elsewhere, the guys here have no clue what they are doing.

Ordered pizza, they told it will be delivered in 20 minutes, but I called after 45 minutes to tell them why late? The lady on phone told me you order 2 pizzas so that's why it's late? Seriously? If I give order for 5 pizza so it will be 120 minutes to deliver?
And finally an hour later I received pizza which was cold and not worth eating or wait. I am no more going to waste time and money

The only thing that I've always loved about this place is that they do not hesitate to put toppings. Whether it is Paneer or veggies, it is always in a decent quantity. Taste is always delicious. Tried a few pizzas amazing. Pasta's are great too, but a bit greasy. But pasta tastes amazing

Poor customer service. Lazy staff everytime excessive wait time. When you’ll ask reason for such a long wait the staff will behave rudely.

Rude staff always talking inside in loud voice and always take too long to make order. Will Never come here again.

Ordered banana nutella pizza and it had tomato on the base. Called the store to complain and the guy didn't care, even when we said the menu made no mention of tomato.
WILL NEVER ORDER THERE AGAIN!

Reliable, late night pizza goodness when travelling past Chapel. Never had any issues with the pizza when buying pick up or take away. Always delicious.
Haven't tried through delivery.

Order didn't show up. Driver didn't even press the buzzer. Owner wouldn't give me refund or resend food. Don't bother ordering from these guys.

I've been looking for a great pizza place that can do traditional pizzas well, it's been a struggle until finally we ordered from Papalinos and definitely found what we were looking for! Amazing pizza! The best I've had in a long time! In fact I think we are going to order again tonight! Haha. Keep up the good work guys!

I ordered from here to try a new pizza place and was thoroughly disappointed. Pretty pricey for a bland pizza. Won't be ordering from here again.

Was running late (crying child) and the staff checked we were coming and offered to reheat the pizza. Still tasted good.

This is now the second time my order has been wrong when ordering with your pizza shop via uber. I pay extra for a deep dish but do not get the correct base. If you cannot deliver the correct item perhaps take it off your menu so others are not mislead. I’m very disappointed in the service and will be looking for a new pizza shop following this order.
