PANS ON FIRE reviews
41We ordered lamb choila which was off/ smelly. As being customer, we have the right to complain if we’re not happy with food. The owner was so arrogant and was not accommodating and acknowledging our complaint, instead he kept on nagging us whilst we were eating our food. He just ruined our evening as we had come to enjoy dinner which was recommended by our friends.
Had take away food. Unfortunately was very disappointed with the food quality. Fried Dumpling over cooked and very very dry. Steamed chicken dumpling just average. Goat bhutan had no salt at all.
Goat curry was nice though.
I don’t think so sizzler yesto piro huncha vanera! The way you guys have delivered the food it was the worse because I had a high expectations from Nepalese restaurant because I’m Nepali too. Yesto piro cha ni tyo chowmin it’s like tapai haru Le veg chowmin rakheko cha vegetables pani testai. Chicken pani testai. I paid 35$ worth food ani herda khanu nasakne piro!
Either you guys do something about this condition
Or I want to speak with the owner of the restaurant!
Service was great, chicken sizzeler and lamb sekuwa are must try foods here in pans on fire, highly recommended. Pani puri and chopsy should be given try. Overall menu looks facinating.
It was a very good experience with Pans On Fire!
I was in Werribee and hungry too, so I decided to look for any restaurant nearby and guess what I chose restaurant on behalf of Google Rating! Restaurant had a rating of 4.6/5!
So, it was a pretty good weather due to rain and I went in and ordered the Steam Chilli Momos & Nepalese Thali, and guys it was tasty.
Apart, from the food, I want to give credit to staff which was very friendly and sweet! The momos were perfectly steamed, with a tantalizing mix of spices that gave them a unique and flavorful kick. The Nepalese Thali was a true feast for the senses, offering a traditional dishes that captured the essence of Nepalese cuisine. The combination of the two dishes created a symphony of tastes! The environment was culturally related with Nepal! Most of the time, I'm not fond of taking pictures of food, but today I thought to share the pic of thali!
Had a issue with my last order. Placed another order today. Food was really nice. They are passionate and dedicated about their work.good work bro
The goat dish I ordered was nice. The service was slow. Opportunity to improve on service speed. Chicken steam and fried mun mun both were very yummy.
Worst ever never going back again.surprise how they can run place like this.poor girl in the front was very sweet but alone running everywhere. 1.30hrs wait for food got curry and rice and got roti after 20
Mins.very disappointed at this place. $60 for goat curry and rice and they packed sizzler and roti on takeaway how am i gonna eat it and she says you can throw after you take it out from here lolzz? That desperate for money that they still wanted to charge for the food throwing roti on t/a bags.very poor management.wait on food could have easily understand but management failed everything.worst in victoria.a simple apology and a better service was all it needed to fix this they kept making it worse.went by recommendation and it greatly failed us.
We visited this place last week with friends. The food is amazing, service is great and environment is nice. You find authentic Nepali food and taste here. There was Yomari too - very fresh with good quality chaku. Highly recommend.
Came here for the second time. Everything we ordered tasted amazing with the right amount of spice. The options in the menu was huge with nice vegetarian options. Will definitely come back
We had the worst experience ever. We came from Sydney with family and visited this restaurant, had such a bad experience. Alu ko achar on thali set was so smelly. Chwomin was over cooked and had no taste. Ordered chicken chilly, it came with no sauce. We ordered Momo, and the Momo wrap was not cooked. Overall, not recommend at all!
Myself and a few others had a lovely dinner outing at Pans on Fire. I thoroughly enjoyed the Nepalese chicken curry, but our highlight was the panipuri, which was delightful and quite unlike anything I've tried before. Would highly recommend this restaurant.
This was a delightful find. The food was delicious and full of flavour, and the service prompt and friendly. The traditional dishes we tried were great, and the Panipuri in particular was amazing. We will definitely be back.
Surprisingly authentic Nepali food served by pleasant and attentive staff. Loved the buff momos and overall selection of Nepali cuisine. Will come back for sure whenever I visit Werribee.
Small but cozy place to dine in. Food and customer service was good. Chicken jhol momo was the show stopper and sadheko lamb sukuti was good.
Fantastic Nepali food! And lovely customer service, couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
The chilli chips and momos were to die for!
Had the newari khaja set which was delicious and portion-wise great too. Felt like I was in some newari restaurant in Nepal. Definitely visiting again to try other dishes as well.
Great place to try some Nepali food. Food always taste flavoursome and Service is always friendly and engaging. Bara curry was awesome and Momos are filling to eat. Chef will even come out to ask how you like the food and have a chat. Will go back again.
Amazing food.
Was only my second time eating Nepalese and the person who served us was super patient and helped explain the menu.
What we ordered came out and was absolutely delicious, exactly what we needed on the cold winter night.
Have been back since and the quality has not changed.
Definitely worth trying.
I dnt why this restaurant has so much rating.but according to me this restaurant is very expensive than other nepalese restaurants and food was okay not that good.
