Worst service ever.

They mentioned that the breakfast buffet starts at 10: 30 am but it is 11: 20 am and we are waiting for the last 50 mins and they are still getting the things ready.

If you are planning to go for breakfast buffet then go at 12 pm or else they will ruin your day.

One of the best restaurants for veg options the dosa starts from $2. Which is bloody nice deal the only thing I didn’t like it was because they bought all the dishes at the same time mostly…! That’s the only thing lacking and no customer service at all…! Looked like it was self serve resto…! The taste was nice …!

Yummy dosas and they offer buffet on weekends for $12.99 which is a great offer.friendly service and family atmosphere.

Ordered chicken biryani family pack on a Sunday and it tasted so bad and was stale. When called to inform about the food, they simply denied and irresponsible attitude.

I agree they have good breakfast buffet, but this is totally unacceptable.

Worst service. They accepted a delivery order and didn't even prepare the food for 2 hours. When we called them to check the progress, they said it was in process for 2 hours and declined to cancel the order. Would highly recommend to stay away from this place.

Terrible food, won't recommend unless you want eastvsame dished with different names. DON'T WASTE MONEY.
Everything taste same, chicken noodle, Veg noodles, chicken fried rice, vegetables fried rice.
Chicken tomatoes soup, tastes like someone added some chicken in tomatoes sauce.
Sticky dirty restaurant.
All chicken dishes taste sane.

5 stars because the food is amazing. Love the chicken 65 and the butter garlic noodles. Though the service is a little all over the place.

Have to order at counter and then they will serve you after that. I was seated for half an hour but no one came to assist me, finally I asked for menu and they told me to go to the counter. Don’t have much food option. Only plus point is that the restaurant is specious.

The worst food I have ever ate in Australia and I’m in here for 10 years. Nothing to say simply waste. The place looks fancy but the food is not good at all.

Good food but slow service, had to wait 25 mins for Dosa even when the restaurant was not busy.

Delicious Biryani especially the Special Biryanies. It is good to dine not great for parcel / take away. Schezwan veg, Manchuria are also good.

Thoroughly enjoyed my meals at Pandus today. I ordred the papdi chaat, samosa chaat, vada pav and masala dosa. Food started coming out within ten minutes from the order as the place wasn't too busy. Taste was fresh and delicious. I enjoyed the ragda in the papdi chaat and the dosa was very light, crispy with flavoursome chutneys and sambar. The food tasted fresh. The place is a little run down but standard for an Indian restaurant. Some background music would have been nice as kitchen got a bit noisy. The best part was that this is a budget friendly restaurant. The dosa was around $5 and the vada pav $23. Very good value and tasty food.

Never saw any restaurant serving mango lassi in takeaway container.

How on earth I should drink this

Got a part of the scrub in chutney and when I informed the staff he took that with finger and not even an apology.this place need to be closed I would say

Excellent South Indian food, love their taste. Plain dosa, dry veg Manchurian and fruit pinch is my favorite and every-time I order this 3 things, even the restaurant owner remember me and whenever I go their he knows my order already what I have to eat. Well staff is very friendly including the owner he work their too and the taste is delicious.

Bought couple of Pandus special boneless chicken biriyanis. They were burnt and couldn’t even eat it due to the strong burnt smell/flavour. When called to report the issue, the staff was unapologetic and had pathetic response like no one else had this issue. Absolutely disgusted by their behaviour. Will never go there again. Please check your food before taking it home.

Best taste, best quality and very reasonable prices… one of the best ever restaurants in Melbourne… loved the food here

Food is fine
customer service is very bad not enough staff to address customer needs and long waiting.
My feedback to you guys please have some patience always confirm Order before hung up call.
I know it’s hard at difficult times but try to source some staff

Food is good can say above average. But the reason for giving 1 star is worst customer service ever. Order biryani it took nearly 40 min to get to the table. Highly recommend If you got 2 hrs just to have biryani you can visit this place.

Starters are awesome and pani puri chat is also good. Pleased to spend time i have not regretted
