Worst experience ever, went with my now husband and mother in law and father in law in to pandora for a ring ild be wearing for my wedding ring as I fell in love with Pandora Timeless Wish Tiara Ring The girl there was so rude to us and may of been even racist my husband is Sri Lankan and my mother in law father in law also are I am Australian she was rude to them as well as myself. She was not helpful, as a plus size woman I needed the bigger size ring. And she made me feel very uncomfortable when she rudely said “ this doesn’t fit nothing will it’s our biggest size”
it was a hot day a day after Boxing Day my finger was swollen hence why the ring didn’t sit nice I told her darling it fits my finger is swollen.
I was feeling stressed as it is. It’s a shame as she would have made a sale I was keen to also buy some other pieces of jewellery. I stayed back to watch how she was with the next customer behold what would you know she was kindest as ever. Definitely think she was discriminating against us I wanted to contact the manager about it that’s how upset hurt I felt.

I end up buying my. Pandora Timeless Wish Tiara Ring on gold ring on the Pandora website I received express free shipping and also a free bracelet! And was so happy I got married had my ring love it sooo much And it fits perfectly might even say bit big.

So to others don’t brother going in to that particular store get your item online it’s the most easiest and saves you feeling embarrassed and the feeling of not being welcome in a store because you don’t look like other people.

Very bad customer service. I went to return item bought online but the lady on the counter refused to do that. I told her that i paid with mastercard and we can return item bought with master card but she refused to return it and asked me to call customer support.

I have never been attended in retail that well. Olga is lovely and very friendly. I am not leaving 5 star for the stuff I bought but for her - Olga

Bought two pieces for a gift and ordered the gift box with it but your employee did not include the card inside.

I have been served by the wonderful Olga twice now. Both times have been an absolute delight. She is a credit to your company!

I had the most amazing experience shopping here this afternoon. Nola served me, and provided me with outstanding customer service. She took time in showing me the different range of products, and answered all my questions. She lent a listening ear to me, and went way and above to ensure my needs were met. Well done Pandora, keep up the wonderful work.

I spent almost $800 in this store one morning because they, unlike most other stores, had every item I was looking for, so I bought what I wanted, plus some. The staff were amazing! I actually live in Mildura and normally go to the Werribee Plaza store when I'm over that way, but they usually never have what I want, so next time I'm in Werribee, I'll go back to the Highpoint store. My shopping experience in that store was fantastic!

Disappointed! Waited to be helped by the Werribee store staff for good 15 minutes, unfortunately no acknowledgment! Saw customers leaving in front of me but the staff were busy serving the 1 customer they had for the last 20 minutes. Clearly didn’t care! Finally had to leave and spend my money on another shop- was done in 5.

Just wanted to recognise an beautiful sale associate, she is the best worker I’ve approached at pandora ever! Kind, approachable and genuinely listening.didn’t catch her name but she has short dark curly hair, caramel skin and around 17 teen.some people don’t suit retail but she is in her element

Staff was racist. I approached one staff, she said other customer came first which was not true. I felt she wanted to serve white customers only. I am never going in there. Staff needs to be more attentive and vigilant about the customer who had been waiting for more than 20 mins and serving who just walked in the store.

Worst store NEVER enough staff to serve people. Always left standing around waiting for ages. When in 3 times today in between errands had to wait over 10/15 minutes each time. Left with nothing because I got sick of waiting

I had a Very bad experience. I went to buy a gift for my neice, Wait there for 15 minutes no one came to help me pretending they are very busy.

Visited the store Friday 29th April 2022 looking for a gift, I was approached by Julia who was the most helpful, pleasant young lady. As I wasn't sure exactly what I was after, Julia did her upmost best to make suggestions and show me items that she thought would be appropriate. This store is the best pandora store I’ve been to the staff and service is excellent especially Eva her assistance was great help to me to choose a good Mother’s Day gift definitely recommend going to pandora werribee you will be treated greatly

Staff are always so lovely and helpful whenever i go in.they’re always so attentive to customers that need a hand and i never feel rushed when i’m looking for something! Great team

I love the brand in general. Deserves 7 stars, not only 5. I got my bracelets cleaned up and super shiny as if they are new. However, the girl working in that particular store didn't help me replace my broken charm with another one. I believe that Pandora is an international brand with a lifetime warranty worldwide. Her excuse is that I got my charm from another country! My daughter had her charm replaced twice in two different branches of Pandora in Australia when they were broken, and originally, she got them from the USA!

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Olga makes you feel welcome and takes time to explain and be of service. I will definitely recommend a visit to Pandora Werribee. Great customer service.
