I go here a lot. The teenage/young adult staff always have this attitude, and they look like they don’t want to be there. Very unwelcoming. They have given me several bad experiences here.

I have done click and collect and redeemed eGift Cards in store. During both visits, they don’t even notice that I was waiting patiently for some service, and then gave an attitude when I was finally approached.

This is very common here. The staff here used to be fine. But it’s now terrible and I dread going here.

One of the rudest staff members I’ve ever come across! Very aggressive very condescending, extremely arrogant and not helpful at all. Kept speaking over me and telling me I was wrong, telling me that silver tarnishes. Google it she said. The reason my bracelet is black because they put black rubber spaces on the bracelet?

I was quite disappointed if I’m to be completely honest. I ordered a charm using click and collect as a gift for my mom for Christmas. I hadn’t realised but she had ordered a charm as a gift for my aunt around the same time and she also used click and collect. When she went to pick up hers, they gave her mine. She told them it wasn’t hers and they said no it’s for “conry” and she realised they meant mine, she’s now seen her Christmas gift. This was all okay and honestly, having worked in retail I completely understand how these mistakes can happen. It was a bit disappointing but I wasn’t too upset, it’s an honest mistake. The real issue came in when I went to get the gift the following day. I explained that that had shown my mom her Christmas gift, and the person working just laughed and said “ I hope she didn’t order the same thing for herself”. I said “ yes but now she’s seen what I’m getting her for Christmas” to which she laughed and said “that’s funny”. I know that there’s nothing she could’ve don’t to rectify the situation as the harm has already been done but I think some compassion for the fact that they spoiled my moms Christmas gift or an apology would have been very appreciated. She was truly unapologetic. I understand that it’s difficult to cope on busy days with complaints or comments but I was honestly quite upset leaving pandora that day. I felt that my issue was swept under the rug and not at all valued, respected or considered. I love pandora products, I have ones marking some of my biggest mile stones, and generally shopping there is quite pleasant, but this incident had me leaving with a bad taste in my mouth: (

Met Anna at Pandora Southland for a bracelet and had a very good experience.

We always had a positive experience here in terms of the range of merchandise and friendly staff members.

Not good went in to get a charm and 15% off Birthday month. Got home wanted to change charm next day and buy another one. And Pandora said I could not have 15% off the next one as I already got the 15% off. But I said I haven't as I returned it. No help or understanding at all. So I demanded a refund. So now I have no charm and no15% off. Thanks for false advertising.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service we encountered when Chelsea the manager at Pandora’s Southland.
Chelsea, a bubbly young and enthusiastic lady served us with professionalism, humour and respect.
Her obvious passion For the brand and the product was evident from the minute we walked into the store.

Thank you Chelsea keep up the good work and your excellent work ethic.

My girlfriend came into this store this morning to exchange a bracelet she received for Christmas because the clasp kept coming undone. This is a faulty product and refused to exchange it due to it looking "worn". The item is in the same condition that it was purchased in. Very disappointed in ridiculous return policy. Will ensure that I purchase nothing from Pandora in future.

Edit. Went through online customer service and received the store credit I requested. Very easy process.

I absolutely love Pandora! I have SO many products from them, and I absolutely love it. I've been to many different stores, but Southland is definitely my favourite.

Had awful experience at Pandora Southland. Returned a necklace that was gifted to me as the chain was black. Hadn't even been out of box, only of course to first try it on. Returned to store and asked if it could be exchanged as I loved the necklace and it was a gift from my husband. Was not expecting the terrible customer service response from both girls working in the store. They said the only way it could go black was it being worn and stated their employee wouldn't have sold it to my husband in that condition. Was incredibly frustrating because it was obviously sold like that and it had never been worn, the receipt showed only purchased few days before. We were made to feel like we were lying about wearing the chain and the condition it was sold in. Was a horrible experience and left feeling really upset and angered that we were treated that way. Would never buy anything from here again based on that experience.

I don't know why Pandora stores are always so busy. Everytime I go past a store there is a crowd inside, and sometimes a line outside! You would think that they would have had time to develop a system within their stores to deal with their customers and purchases efficiently, but it always seems like they were taken by surprise by the number of customers. If their products are your thing, I would recommend purchasing from their website instead.

Its annoying that you can't check if the pieces you want are in store. I had a faulty piece and they were happy to replace it. For the price you'd expect them to be manufactured better.

Came to southland pandora as my floating locket would not shut properly and small charms could fall out. Customer service from Teena was excellent and she replaced it. Store can get quite busy sometimes but found staff always helpful and nice.

What a joke. Sunday afternoon busy time and girl at the door (not doing very much at all) told us it was a 20 min wait! Obviously they don't have enough staff and we left as did many other customers, not a great business model.

Our Sales person was so helpful and interested that we made the correct purchase. Her name may have been Kim, she played netball. Nothing was too much trouble for her to show us alternative combinations etc.

Staff were very helpful and polite. Was a quick in and out lunch break visit and all went well, not a single complaint. Return customer 100%
