PANDORA Northland

Do not even bother trying to call them. They never answer the phone. I had a query about a click and collect that they cancelled on me. How rude! Answer the phone, customers are trying to get through.

I was waiting in there for an hour and didn’t even get welcomed into the door, took them ages to serve me but served people who came in after i had.

I was served by Sandra today she was so so helpful and has such amazing taste, I’ve come in this store many many times and never brought anything, due to her professionalism and how helpful she was I had to buy something I am now a customer for life here

Riana was the best sales team member I have ever been served by. She was on her own, and the store was busy, and yet she looked calm and collected- she didn’t rush anyone, but kept an eye on who was next and her timing! Honestly if she isn’t in line to be a manager you should look into her being one as she has the level head and customer service you want running one of your stores

I was contractor at the store today conducting a routine safety check on the electrical appliances, I was extremely impressed with staff support and the customer service I observed with the customers. I have personally shopped at this store previously and have always found the staff to be pleasant, helpful and respectful. Well done to the team at the Northland store.

Took my daughter in on Monday 27 Dec 2021 and was served by Maggie. My daughter asked for a specific charm, didn’t have one like it but was shown and offered many choices that would have the same impact or meaning behind them. I was very impressed in how Maggie treated my daughter. Thank you and my daughter is very pleased with her choice of charm as recommended by Maggie.

If there was an option to give 0 star i would have chosen that as we got worst customer experience ever at Northland Pandora. The Manager at the store was very rude to us. We went to get the bracelet checked as the lock was broken within 6 months of use, however the Lady at the store was not ready to help. Firstly, she does not speak good English so she was not understanding what actually we were asking her. Completely misunderstood us and was fighting and getting agitated. We went high spirit and end up leaving all the plans of shopping after our bad experience.
Next day we went to other store in Epping and received excellent customer service.
If you want to get anything from Pandora dont go to Northland Pandora

I had a brilliant experience here! I needed to do an exchange for a gift I had received but did not have the receipt. They, however, happily exchanged the ring for a smaller size, which was such a relief. The Christmas casual, Riana, who served me, and the manager were lovely and are assets to this company!

Friendly staff and very helpful. I called a few stores in the area and only this store called me back and allocated a pair of old earring they don’t have but organised for me to pick up from another store. Very nice.

Seriously, Staff are very unprofessional, and Rude, they act like you need a degree to work at Pandora, Sold me faulty earrings that are made cheaply, abosulte RUBBISH jewellery, not worth more than $2.00, NEVER going back.

Horrible customer service! Staff are rude, not helpful and not even bother to serve. She was constantly talking to other people, waving her friend and not pulling out the trays. I almost walked out from the store. Why Pandora has hired such an unprofessional staff in this store? I won’t come back!

Love this shop, in fact at times I have had to walk on the opposite side to avoid seeing in and falling in love with the newest items.

Went in on Saturday lunch time with my fiance to return something she was gifted that she already had. Staff were rude and refused. They even called up the store of original purchase and wrote down the card details the items were purchased with on their note books which we weren't happy about. I am pretty sure we are entitled to a refund and not just a gift card. Staff were rude and made us feel stupid by telling us "the till won't open if you don't have the original receipt with the original transaction number. " I am pretty sure this is against ACL and people like this shouldn't be allowed to work here.

Visited the store today, had a great experience and will surely come back again to add to my girlfriend's collection.

I think even one star is too much for the level I service I received from this shop. Interestingly I had to deal with 2 individuals in this shop and they were both rude and not respectful. Not comparable with other Pandora shops I had experienced before.

This store lacks customer service. Pushy sales people that talk over you and aren't very helpful. Better off going to another Pandora store. AVOID!
