After my attempt to exchange a few charms as a gift from my colleagues was flatly rejected in other store, the wonderful lady without any fuss just accepted my request to swap and with a constant smiles she showed me all the displays I was interested in and gave me a fantastic experience in this shop. Thank you.

The young girl that served me today was so helpful and Informative. I didn’t catch her name but she had brown hair in a ponytail. I was shown pieces within my budget and all my questions were answered, without being pressured at all to purchase.

Was treated with amazing customer service by one of their staff - I think her name was Jessica - amazing attention to detail and very much a people person who knows how to engage the customer

Last Wednesday I took my granddaughter to Pandora in Eastland. We were greeted by Sophia who remembered my name from a visit some months back. I have no hesitation in recommending this store. My experience each and every time has been fun, and lovely jewellery purchased. The staff have always been friendly. I will take my two girls back soon.

Very rude and unprofessional manager, she wanted to charge me for the box! I’m not talking about the gift boxes, I’m only taking about the small boxes that you definitely get them when you buy stuff, She said she can put my charms in the pouch for me, instead of boxes!

“it’s so weird that you want it in the box, I’ve never seen anyone to ask for the box! ’’ “You know, they’re very expensive! ” She said…

To the store manager: If you’re reading this, just letting you know, customers are not stupid, they exactly know what’s happening, even if you use your own charm and you pretend that find the last one, the way that you speak to your shop assistants is rude, your body language is rude, you’re so rude and unprofessional, you can only sell stuff in bazar, I’m sure you know what I mean…….

She asked me not to go to Doncaster shop and only go to Eastland, but I NEVER GOING BACK

. The staff were very polite but rushed off there feet so the wait was long and I hate it when they make you wait to spend your money in there business. Hence two stars as I got impatient waiting to be served

Had to wait a long time to get in due to the restrictions, but it was well and truly worth the wait. I was served by Katie who made the whole experience absolutely delightful she was so pleasant and helpful. I've been wanting a pandora for a long time as I love how special they are, and she added to that a special experience in purchasing my first one, Katie was so attentive when helping me find the perfect gift for my neices 1st birthday too. Visited this store of the weekend, looking for a special gift. Was welcomed with a big
smile and had a very different experience then normal. Sophie was genuinely passionate
and knew what she was talking about, not pushy like some jewellery stores.
Purchased that special gift, will definitely be back.
Would highly recommend this wonderful store and there beautiful jewellery.

I absolutely love Pandora! Hubby and I went to Eastland Pandora to choose my anniversary gift yesterday.very disappointed with service! Every other Pandora I have been to, customer service excellent and so helpful! At Eastland, the lady who served me was arrogant, sour and unhelpful. I felt like I needed to make split decisions because she couldn’t be bothered! She acted like a ‘know all’! I asked for something, many times, she just stated “Pandora don’t sell that anywhere” or “that’s discontinued”, then I’d state “but it’s on the shelf”!

Woman who "helped" me find a gift to buy my partner was incredibly arrogant and did not want to help customers. She was there to make the company money not be a retail person and make sure the customer got what they wanted. I had no idea what I was looking for and she basically forced me to buy something without being able to look at the options. Very stuck up and know it all. Sould be fired on the spot for her rudeness. If she's the manager, higher ups need to discipline her or sack her.

Very happy to sell you something, anything. But when it comes to exchanging the item, as promised, suddenly the level of service is non existent. Had to go to Doncaster to exchange the item. Service at Doncaster was exceptional.
