Pandora Doncaster

Went into store 45 min before closing time in hopes to get a quick exchange for a item to a gift card, brought my receipt and the unopened product as I also work in retail and understand workers. The two girls working were already counting the tills, despite still 45 before closing time, ignoring costumers. I asked politely for an exchange and the two girls gave each other smirking looks and was very dismissive of me, when I asked a question they would answer with head shakes, not even a verbal reply and eye rolls to each other. Completely unprovoked rudeness and unprofessional from the staff. I’m starting to also suspect some racial prejudice behind the way they treated me, noting that I was treated in this mean way from the moment I walked in. Would definitely not recommend anyone to shop at pandora Doncaster.

Beautiful place amazing staff just a great vibe always happy to come into the place, the staff are beautiful and understanding, just be kind, staff are people too and they will always treat you better when you’re nice to them

Three girls working, not one could be bothered to assist me when I was the only one in the store waiting. Two of them on their mobiles giggling away behind the counter. Not very professional.

Good friendly customer service way better than Pandora Eastland where no one came to assist

Really helpful staff! Went in to change the sizing of a bangle and I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes.

Had the worst shopping experience. I was standing in the queue for more than half an hour, and the sales just let other people jump a queue and completely ignore me. Very disappointed!

Had a super lovely lady help me replace a Pandora ring with diamante's that had fallen out after a couple years of daily wear.
It was a gift from my nana so it was awesome to get the ring replaced for free.
Their policy is great and the service even better

I always receive great customer service at this branch. Well trained staff. They always make you feel important regardless of how much or little you spend. You deserve my 5 stars.

Won't buy from here again. Bought earings for someone that were meant to be crystal but weren't, the clip would keep popping off when in the ear until the person actually lost 1 of them while out shopping.

Went to Doncaster after Eastland, where I purchased the item, were unable, suddenly, to obtain a larger bracelet. Doncaster exchanged the item without hesitation and were very helpful. I know which Pandora I will be shopping at in future. Thanks for your help.

Pandora shop, plenty of items although my daughter was told that she would get 10%off an item as the only one they had was a display item and we later found she got charged full price. That was pretty bad!

If I'm honest my experience doesn't even deserve one star. Terrible customer service, continuously was pushed towards promotions and continuously had the lady eye roll me, as well as mumbling to herself. She payed absolutely no attention to myself nor my friend and was in a rush to make us leave. I do not recommend pandora Doncaster to anyone, their customer service needs to be reviewed, ill be taking all things jewellery elsewhere. Don't waste your time. Especially around the Christmas period.

Great service and patience from Chrissy. She was smiling, patient and went along with my friend for an hour over for her first Pandora bracelet. Keep it up.
