Dimi today went to amazing lengths to provide exceptional and professional service to myself and my family.
High quality pieces, very reasonably priced and amazing service from someone who genuinely cares! Just simply beautiful.
I will most definitely be returning and will recommend Pandora Designs to anyone!

Wouldn’t recommend this store at all. Ordered a candle on the 7th of Sep.didn’t get posted till the 27th with no explanation as to why. Asked for a refund if the candle didn’t come in time for the christening which was on the 8th. Instead Dimi cancelled the ordered before it was shipped and gave me a refund 2 weeks before the christening I was god mother for without my consent. Tried to call the land line multiple times and no answer or sent to VM. Pathetic excuse for customer service. Would never shop here AGAIN.

I have used Pandora Designs for 7 christenings so far, and have found them to be extremely helpful and professional. I dealt with the owner Sophie and would highly recommend the store. The products are of the highest quality and very unique - just beautiful!

STAY AWAY!
Terrible customer service, especially from the owner Sophie.
We organised a christening outfit and candle, which was paid all upfront, then nothing but issues!
First the dress was delayed 5 days!
Next, they butchered the dress, it was not cut correctly and was not made as per requested.
Then, the candle was not even what we wanted, completely different.
We took the dress back, and the owner Sophie was very rude and displayed disgusting customer service. They called us a liar and said that's what we ordered. The dress was not cut straight or round, and had random sharp edges. Everyone who looked at this dress could tell that it was wrong and butchered. They did end up fixing it, after yelling at us, but it was not originally what we wanted.
She then threatened to sue is we left a bad review for defamation. Honest feedback which is true is not defamation. It wasn't even worth getting the candle fixed because of this drama.

We also have another baptism to organise, but after they ruined my nieces order, I will not be going back.
So do yourself a favour and stay away from this business.

I have always found Sophie and her team to be nothing but professional in their work and their service to me and my family. Sophie is amazing and takes the time to add the personal touch, the service I received was incredibly and I am shocked by the very questionable negative reviews on here as they certainly do not reflect Sophie or Pandora Designs.
I absolutely loved the Christening Gown purchased for my daughter and the personal touch provided by Pandora Designs - I would highly recommend this store if you are looking for that special touch, or even a gift from their giftware selection - which is also fantastic.

Bad customer service, i called earlier to inquire about non customised baptismal candle and stole, i was told to come in store. Got to the store and was told i needed to give 2 days notice.

Sophie, Angela and the rest of the team at Pandora are amazing. I just had my daughters christening and we purchased everything from here, the service was incredible and the products purchased where excellent quality and looked exquisite. I absolutely loved my daughter’s christening gown, thanks for making the process so easy.

Amazing service, the gift wares from overseas are excellent, their hospitality is excellent, everything is excellent. Everything is amazing in the shop. I go there once in while and always get the best of what ask for.
