Lovely crepes and the cakes are amazing. Lovely staff with a secret garden out the back. Reasonable prices too.

Interesting little place with an old school boomer via. Good friendly service and nice pancakes and coffe/tea. Also good choice of cake. Good stuff.

Food was good but the man behind the coffee machine is not very nice. Speaks to his staff badly and you dont want to hear that.

We ordered ham cheese toast and bacon and eggs crepe, both were tasteless and the crepe was served as an omelette which was all eggs and a tiny tiny amount of bacon.not happy.

Love their crepes service was ok, the woman on the counter was a bit grumpy like she didn't want to be there but the other waitress balanced it out!

Chicken Kyiv Crepe, who'd have thought? Totally utterly delicious, taste buds seriously satisfied. Coffee amazing, exactly as ordered. No. 2 loved his Eggs Benny Crepe. Atmosphere lost a star due to the cold weather only. Methinks the owner has been dealing with an awful lot of snowflakes who wouldn't know the first thing about running a successful business. Thanks, will be back.

Pleasant atmosphere quiet with music. Delious pancakes. Great cappuccino. Pretty garden at front of business. Coffee card rewards.

Young girl that eventually served us was pleasant. The older couple behind the counter looked like they didn't want to be there and not friendly. Food was ok. Coffee so hot that my tongue was scolded and the roof of my mouth burnt. Overall a very average experience. The street was very busy this day and similar businesses where full. No l know why this one was not.

Absolutely disgusting service - today the 6 of us ordered crepes, the waitress messed up the meal and ordered an extra crepe- after apologising that there was an extra meal she reassured us we would get the money back for the extra crepe that she charged us for, she said rather than binning it we could have it.
On request for our money back the man who appeared to be the owner rudely said no you ate it so you pay for it - after telling him that we had not ordered this extra one and the waitress said we would receive our money back and left it on our table, he said no that is not what the waitress said! He said if you didn’t want it it should have been returned-
- my daughter was distressed about the way she was spoken to from the 2 women in the shop and walked out.
When I returned to the shop to ask for the refund this man spoke down to me arrogantly and would not listen, I asked for a refund and told him why in the world would we order an extra meal!
I told him we would not return and he stated “good we don’t want you here”
I stayed there and demanded that on principal I would stay there until I got my money back - he refused, but the waitress went into the til and threw the money at me!

What absolutely terrible customer service and reading the reviews can see so many others have had the same experience!
It seems the cost of a monetary mistake is worth more to this business than customer service, which is such a shame in this lovely little town!

I don’t usually like leaving poor reviews but in this case I feel it is warranted. The owner was reminiscent of a female Basil Fawlty who literally glared at me and gave a grumpy response when I enquired about one of the dishes we had ordered. It made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome (we would have left but had already paid for the food and our child was hungry!). The reason for the 2 stars is because the lady who served us (not the owner- we checked) was friendly and the pancakes were nice, although I ate mine very quickly so I could get out of there.

Crepes are always fresh and lovely. It is a real treat to visit Panache in Queenscliff whenever we are there.

Look the food was nice but the older man and lady who work there are so grumpy it was almost comedic! (Especially the lady!) One big group turned up 7 minutes after their booking and was lectured and told they were lucky their table wasn’t given up and how people should turn up on time. Lots of talk about covid and tourists spreading disease. Not sure if it’s a normal occurrence or just a really bad day for the two working there (perhaps a married couple who’d had a fight before staring work?). All customers felt like they were being scolded by their parents. Funny but uncomfortable to eat there.

The food was good, the staff was really nice and communicated extremely well, and the decor was cozy. However, the place is very packed and there is not a lot of space.
The Bacon, Egg and cheese Crêpe was tasty, and I recommend.

Crepes were great, and they were very fast to serve. It's unfortunate I don't live here, I would come here quite often if I did.

Food is ok but that's what you hand over your hard earned cash for isn't it.oh and a welcoming friendly atmosphere, after all your money is keeping them in business. Not the case here. Whether it is arrogance or ignorance the people running it have no customer service etiquette. Sour as the lemon squeezed on a crepe

This is the third time we have visited.
We ordered 4 coffees and waited 30 minutes before the first one arrived at the table. The coffees then arrived each 5minutes apart.
I asked for gluten free food I was told there is none. But the menu shows a small gluten free selection.
The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. We were made to feel like we were not welcome and they were too busy to serve anyone. A simple smile would help. Will not be returning.

I can't recommend this place as we were ignored by the staff so we walked out.
The place was almost empty and I gave up waiting to order as the person behind the counter was more interested in cutting up her croissants.
I thought regional towns were struggling and needed all the patronage they could get.

Been here a few times and have found the customer service to be average and the filling in the crepes less than you would get at other panache cafes. Definitely need more staff during busy times.
