Doc Pan has always been very patient, dedicated and careful with his patients. Naturally one has to wait a bit for him as he is making sure his patients receives the best care, so thats fine as per longer waiting time in my case. I have always been attended properly and cared for by him over the decades.

Dr Pan is very patient and thorough, never rush through like some other doctors would do. The waiting time is long but his staff advised us to call before the appointment to find out the best time to come over. However, I have to leave a one star rating for my experience today. I made a telehealth appointment with him for my father but still hadn't received a phone call from him after two days. I called in to check what's going on at 2pm and there was a message from answering machine says it's lunch break, call back in half an hour. I called again at 2: 47pm, same message again. When I called again at 3: 19pm, his receptionist whose name is Ellie said to me: maybe he called you already but you didn't pick up your phone. I told her that's impossible, and then she said oh yes your name's still on the list, but I can't tell you when the doctor will call you. During our conversation, she constantly cut me off before I finish talking. A short 3 minutes phone call, she had done that at least 4,5 times. I couldn't believe how rude she was, so I asked her name and left this review here.

He's a very dedicated and nice doctor, however, because he spends a lot of time on every patient, the wait times can be quite long (up to an hour past the appointed time). I would recommend calling up 10-15 minutes before your appointment and asking approximately when Dr Pan will be able to see you, that way you could spend the time waiting doing something else
