This Village is a very safe dwelling and a great place to leave for people 55 and over.
A very friendly environment and everyone gets on well.
Facilities are great, well maintained and looked after by the caretakers and crew.

Great place, cinema, pool, 8 ball, lawn bowls, bar, gym and the list goes on and on.

Plenty of neato facilities here. It's for retirees I'm pretty sure. Wouldn't mind living somewhere like this when I'm a bit older. My mum and her partner live here, they like it a lot

Very disappointed in Village. People are very pleasant but Units are not very well constructed. Getting any repairs done is very difficult and takes a long time. I would not recommend this Resort.

This Village is not what it's made out to be.
It's not peaches and cream, like some people think, as a matter of fact it's nearly the complete opposite.
We are very disappointed with this Village. The majority of people here are nice and pleasant, easy to get on with but it's the sub standard workmenship of these houses that is a major concern.
Getting any repairs done in this resort is always very difficult and takes a long time. Since our settlement day back in late April this year, certain work in our house has not been attended too. You are given a 28 day report once you're in your house, to fill out if you have any problems for them to fix and this 28 day report is more like a 28 month report, cause it takes them nearly that long to do anything. You have to go to the office repeatedly, to find out when things are going to get done, never given a straight answer and you come out more frustrated then when you first went in, then stress starts to kick in.
Once they have your hard earned, it seems they don't want to know you.
What's more frustrating is we weren't even given the option about our front path from the front door to the road way, we were told in no uncertain terms Lilly dale stones only, no concrete and now this has caused a tripping hazard.
I could go on and on but it only creates more frustration and stress.
Anyone thinking of coming in to this resort, should think long and hard.
We totally agree with William Gains comments in this column, we too are residents of the Resort and also disappointed.

Girlfriend's parents live here. They have good facilities which are available to guests accompanied by a resident. Decent flats but some caretaker issues.
