Palladium at Crown reviews
43Lunch with the bank for our Christmas party. The bank pays for all. And the service and meals are to die for
Hasn't change in the last 20yrs, parking is a bit expensive if you are coming here on the weekend to see a show.
The food was average. Although that might have been the REIV awards fault, the security staff were bordering on rude,
But the wait staff were top notch.
Recently attended an event for over 1000 people in the Palladium. It was quite tight and I felt perhaps over the capacity they can handle, especially the drink waiters. Our table and quite a few other tables were basically completely ignored or forgotten about by the drink staff. Drink service was supposed to be included to the table with soft drink, few wines and crown beer. We struggled to get them to even supply water to the table. They never came around and offered us drinks. Even when we caught their eye by waving erratically they were either slow or handed us the wrong drink. We ending up just having to leave our table and walk outside to the foyer to get our own drinks from the bar there. Even at the end of the night they stuffed up coffee. As others tables a few away were getting served coffee we waved them over to try to get some. They finally come over and offer but they have no milk or sugar with them, just cups and a jug or coffee. We ask for milk. 45min later, no milk, cold coffee and we just leave. The food was lovely and the food staff were amazing. They efficiently brought 1000+ plates to tables and clear up after but the drink staff couldn’t look after the 6-8 tables they were assigned (they seemed to look after about 4 of them and ignore the rest of us. The 3 stars are for the food and the lovely venue. 0 stars for the drink waiters. And I feel bad for the company that paid for the event as they really got ripped off, absolutely rubbish drink service.
A nice venue, but no windows. Attended for a conference. Facilities were very good as was the food
Great space for conferences, events and presentations. Only negative is it can get cold as quite a large space.
I did visit the place for conference. No coffee or tea available.did not like the staff of crown telling us the break is scheduled for 15 minutes and we cannot serve beyond the schedule. No water bottles in the conference room. Got to walk out if someone needs to drink water. No rubbish bins inside the toilet? Basic amenities missing.
Such a big conference table, 7 people can sit close but 8 people cannot sit. Reason covid safety precautions. Wondering the science behind this logic. Terrible experience.
This place is awesome for events. Big function hall with large seating capacity. Big stage with lots of quality lighting and sound facilities.
Came inside to get out of the heat and ended up staying hours. Beautiful scenery. Plenty of places to eat. Visited the gambling floor at the casino. Will definitely return!
Literally brought 9 meals that were not gluten free before finally bringing a gluten free meal.
Ive attended various high end events here over the last 4 years and everything has been amazing. The food is so good (I love food)
The staff are extremely professional and really go out of their way to help, this is what I experienced anyway.
Its awkward to get to the Palladium though, being right inside crown and up an escalator.
Only go here for a work function. Avoid crown where possible. Unsavory types around the entrances and inside late st night.
Beautiful room, great service, delicious food.
I’ve been to Palladium at Crown a few times now for various events. Always a great experience. When the room is opened right up, beautiful.
I’m hoping to get another invite to an event there again soon.
Can hear music from the next door function rooms and is very distracting during speeches. Food is slow to come out and is under cooked.
Such a beautiful venue to go to. Lots of space for large groups with well set out tables which are perfectly set. The stage is large and the huge TVs on either side of the stage mean you don't miss a thing no matter where you are sitting. There's also a dance floor and the food was delicious. Loved being here, was a lovely experience.
Attended my cousins wedding here. Simply beautiful and suitable for that fairy tale wedding or event.
I had my office end of year party here. This place is very neat, it's huge and has a nice decor. It has a massive stage for entertainment purposes. Loved spending time there.
Great place to hold high-end events, but can be hard to find as as it's concealed within the casino complex.
As much as I dislike giving my custom to any part of the casino complex, this was a good event venue.
Went there for work my main meal was horrible chicken Maryland was dry and over powered by coriander I couldn't eat it
