Love this place, have been here numerous times, hard to find a place that serves fresh veggies or salads for the sides, can’t fault either of the times we have gone, the chef is amazing and consistent with the meals always impresses

Foods are good, but toilet, unfortunately stinky, no control. Hope the management check it. Ciao!

One meal arrived after everyone else had finished.despite asking 3 or 4 times.bit of a barn like structure.very noisy.one card paying machine for upstairs and downstairs. I bottle of gin for the whole place.meal may have been slow as running a pizza delivery service too.meal was ok but overall not planning to go back.

Wow Nice gourmet pizzas available here. The pizza base was crispy and thin while it had fresh toppings on it with awesomely mixed source which gives you a mouth full of surprise. Would definitely come back again for the lovely pizzas!

The food was fantastic. Tonight the service wasn't as good as usual at this very reliable Italian Restaurant. Always check the specials board, they are often exceptional.

Portions? Embarrassingly small. Waiters? Incompetent. Food quality? Laughable. Pricing? Terrible.

My husband and I had Salt&Pepper calamari, Chicken Parmigiana and Spaghetti Carbonara with some drinks. I am a foodie and have tried a number of Italian restaurants but this place is one of the bests. I normally do not finish my food when i eat out but this pasta was just too good to be wasted so I was straight in to food coma afterwards. Very friendly and attentive wait staff, seriously good quality of food and pleasant atmosphere. Oh and it didn't even take long for the food to come out after placing the order, we were very surprised. Very pleasant experience overall!

Attended Palazzo for a 50th Birthday Party.
Unfortunately there is not a lot of good things to say.
We arrived & were waiting for someone to come over to us & show us where to go most staff just walked around us & we ended up finding our own way to meet the other guests.
Once in side we made our way to a bar standing around talking & waiting to be served only to be told by the bar staff to move away from the bar which was situated right next to where we were seated so he could put some drink down then we finally got some service.
The staff could of not looked more unhappy to be there not a smile on one staff members face just for the exception of a young fella there that seemed to be enjoying his work.
Meals were served within a reasonable time frame nothing to flash with the meals.
The waiter that was behind the bar came over to serve us with some drinks spilled a whole glass of wine all over my wife with out even an apology until I actually said something to him coming back with a wet cloth & started to wipe down my wife.
We also ordered some drinks just beer nothing to extravagant after waiting 20 mins we asked where they were & the women staff member replied they were warm & they were chilling them down she then proceeded to go get the drinks that were still warm & handed them over to us I then said she could of offered us something else that was cold instead of having us wait 20 mins for a drink no reply just a sour look from her face.
We did how ever get my wife's meal for free due to the drink spillage issue.
We were also looking for prospective venues for our sons 18th Birthday I can defiantly say Palazzo will be off the list.
Meals I would give a 6/10.

Great food service at reasonable prices. I have been to this restaurant a number of times and never disappoints.

We celebrated a significant birthday in the upstairs area at the lovely Palazzo Restaurant with our loved ones. We all had a wonderful time, the space was warm and welcoming, the food was great and the service was great. Rob and his team were accommodating and kind to us. Highly recommended to all.

Food was good but service was not as good but it was a very busy night so I will still go back.

5 Stars. The food is terrific, and the service is fantastic. I have eaten in a few times but usually its takeaway and they always have my order ready and on time, every single time. Been going here for years. 5 Stars for everything.

I went there with my wife to have dinner. We ate a Proscuitto e Rucola pizza and had coke to drink, the coke arrived in glasses and they were terrible maybe they use machines, I would recommend to order something else to drink. The pizza was good and arrived quickly to our table, I'm definitely going back for takeway in the future.

Relaxing atmosphere, very friendly and well informed staff. Great selection of food and very well cooked and tasty. 4 of us ordered 4 different starters and mains and every single dish was delicious.
