Palace Brighton Bay

I saw the Opera Turandot. They have wonderful Opera Ballet and Theatre screenings. Cinemas great staff friendly and efficient. I have booked again on phone and got great service.

Classier, and know reasonably priced than the big chains. More of the cool, classical cinema experience

Good discounts for seniors. Pleasant staff. Comfy seats. Good selection of international/foreign films (if that's your thing). No complaints at all.

Good wide seats looks and smells clean only downside is the council parking limit to two hours so allow a five minute walk from open parking no pay per hour nearby seating in cinema is low profile so short people may be at a disadvantage also I'm not a big fan on allocated seating most cinemas have dropped this practice

I had a nice experience when I visited the cinema. I seen the movie Mis Harris Go's to Paris. I found the staff was friendly with the tickets and concessions. The cinema it self was very well maintained.

I loved it so much here! Such a beautiful cinema with amazing people. The food and services are pretty good. My only cons are that the seats are quite low, so difficult for small people and children to see over the chairs, and there arent any parking for cinema goers.

How about switching on the air con in cinema 2 that is at least half full on a sunny, humid day? Very uncomfortable

Delightfully cosy, great to go early & catch up with friends for a relaxed drink. Staff were wonderfully helpful with my elderly friend requiring extra help.

Love the cinema, always a great selection of movies. However, on several occasions the cheese and ham toasties were extremely disappointing. Surely for this location, a healthier quality bread could be offered, instead of the tasteless, white sliced bread in use.

I just wanted to thank Nicolette for helping me with a problem created by the Palace on-line booking system while attempting to book 10 tickets for the AF FFF.

I contacted Palace Head Office about this issue, but received no assistance. So I contacted the Brighton Bay cinema directly, and fortunately Nicolette answered the phone.

Nicolette was knowledgeable, helpful and very keen to resolve the issue. She was absolutely lovely to deal with, and managed to rectify the problem quickly and easily.

I just wanted to thank Nicolette for all her help, and highlight the efforts of a great team member at Brighton Bay. In fact, we always have a great experience at Palace Brighton Bay.:)

And many thanks to Palace Cinemas for, yet again, providing an amazing array of movies for this year’s AF FFF. I can’t wait for the festival to start!

Intimate space with excellent selection of films. Bonus.free membership gives you discounted tickets.

The Foyer / ticket / beverage area is rather small, but if you visit in off peak times it's very pleasant. Cinema 1 has excellent seating, not sure about the other ones

Small suburban cinema with charm showing modern and classic movies. Grab a drink from the bar, settle into your chair and enjoy!

Old time cinema. Take a glass of wine in and enjoy arthouse movies. Great rainy afternoon or great evening out. Underground carpark in nearby sidestreet.

Good movies and a nice size. Good alternative if you don't like the huge cinemas in shopping centre locations.

We are members of Palace cinema and the place for us. Comfortable seats, wine coffee etc. Close to home. Bay and Dendy have all the good shows. Members get cheaper price tickets.

A good movie, small intimate theatres, a red wine and choc top. Does it get any better.
Always a good night at the Brighton Palaces.

The cinema is great but l just wanted some popcorn but it burnt my mouth out now they put way too much salt, less is best please

Very good movie cinema great for watching movies. The bar has lots of snacks for when you’re watching the movie. Great place, great location and good staff/customer.

Cinema Palace Bay Brighton is well worth a visit.always a good selection of movies to choose from and the staff very helpful.
