Both food and service was Bad
Ordered both non veg and veg dishes and biriyani was so eager to introduce indian flavour to friends from overseas but that was a big mistake we made we could cook better at home
Never again

This is our go to Indian restaurant. Beautiful family run business reasonable prices. Really love this place.

Very good food. We went first time, quantity and quality is is extremely good. Very yummy indian food. Garlic naan bread very tasty.will be back with friends. Highly recommend to try.i think very good chef and very friendly staff. Thanks for our nice dinner. See you guys

Last time when I ordered the tandoori mushrooms were nothing like this, but today when I ordered the pieces were burnt, when called up the restaurant, the person was rude and was like, ” toh ab main kya krun? (what should I do then) ”, which was really a rude answer.

Reply to what the owner has replied to me:
For sure I know it’s not a game, but I guess you don’t know your own business well. The review was first posted a year ago (even I have started the review with last time when I ordered) which was a good one but the next time when I had ordered this is what I had received and sure I am not mad to not remember “from where I had ordered”. And as far as I know even you get to see that the review was edited and when was it edited. Even then if you have a doubt, I do not have an issue in digging out my bank statement and provide you with the proof that “the order was from your restaurant. ” And one thing more, check the photos date and time, it clearly says, “a year ago”.
And ofcourse a year ago and 3days ago have a lot of time difference!
Check your facts first and then blame someome of “playing games. ”

Good solid service and food. The latter could have been a bit hotter when served (temperature-wise, not curry-wise).

I went here with my family for a get together and I had a lot of food here and everything was 9.9/10

I visit this restaurant with my friends and enjoyed the delicious food and the staff is very friendly and service is very good and taste is same like India food. In Dandenong, I like this restaurant food. I will visit it again

I give three stars for presentation and price but I didn't like the food. It was too sweet even after we asked for spicy. The girl at the reception was friendly at first but she was on her phone. We had to call her few times to order. We were the only table there. When we order the dessert she rushed us and we wanted extra cup to share but she said no. The girl became rude and didn't want to get the extra ice cream. She came saying we haven't paid for an ice cream even we kept saying we will pay. Not sure if she understood but we didn't enjoy the dinner at all.

Third time visiting this restaurant today and wow! It never disappoints.staff are friends and offer amazing services the food is always amazing and delicious

I read some lowest reviews for Pakwan, and they all were saying Pakwan team took so much time to make their food ready. I experience same but i think if you want fresh and delicious food as Pakwan serves you then you should have patience to wait for your food. I love Pakwan and wishing more n more success of Paaji and Bhen.

I ordered food and had to wait for 45 mins
And then the quality of the food was poor very poor
They were just wasting our time and money
Food is really really bad now

Its total wastage of time and money

I loved this restaurant and the best thing is the food taste is every time same and yummy and service is so good, I recommend everyone to visit here.

Ordered chicken biryani today and told them to make it Medium spicy. Literally it's the worst biryani I've ever tried. Full of spices, looked like they have put whole masala powder pack in 1 plate.
It used to be my favourite restaurant but not anymore.

Do yourself a favour and visit this lovely restaurant in Dandenong. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is amazing because the chef knows it's job really well. Everything we tasted melted in our mouths. Highly recommend.

We booked online for 10 and the table wasn't ready, nor did they seem to be aware of the booking. Luckily a couple of tables left soon after we arrived and we waited for the table to be prepared. Now for the food:
Paneer tikka & chilli paneer- Average
Chicken tikka- Slightly under cooked and avg taste
Malai chicken tikka- chicken was raw! Literally pink. Sent it back and cancelled as it didn't look edible even from the outside.
Tandoori mushrooms- mushroom were old and wilting, very watery and tasteless.
We were hoping better from mains.
Daal- Avg
Paneer jalfrezi - Very plain, can cook better at home. Mushrooms missing.
Chicken labadar- To sweet, could have passed for butter chicken.
Chicken kasauni & chicken Biriyani - Thank God these were the only decent dishes the whole night.
Lacha parantha was a normal basic parantha. Even though we ordered dishes to be medium spicy, all were too sweet.
Very disappointed as we were there to celebrate my nephew's first birthday upon recommendation from someone, never again!

I regularly visit this restaurant and its food is yummy. Also prices are reasonable. Both vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes are mouthwatering.

Amazing food and loved the fresh paneer. Food quality and quantity was good. Service was fast too. Sorry we ate all food before we could take photos to post.it was YUM!

Generous serves. Love the lamb samosa’s.
