Connected with pakenham stairs on hipages initially. Darren came to site some 4 weeks ago. Have been ringing, messaging since to finalise type of stairs and to get a final quote. Would love to have gotten good service and a desire to do our stairs but doesn’t return calls or messages. Don’t recommend. They don’t want the business. Very disappointing
