I bought Ms 500I from this shop, and I got an issue with it. They charge me around $1100 for fixing it. Most of the parts do not fit well, very disappointing from un knowledgeable service they provide me

Fantastic service! I had pretty much made up my mind on what model Brush cutter I was going to purchase. Ben took the time to fully understand my requirements and even went to the point of trying to sell me a much cheaper model that would have most likely met my current needs. He gave me a fantastic price on the brush cutter and the accessories I needed and took the time to walk me through using the equipment and insuring things like the harness fit correctly. I would highly recommend going to these guys for all your domestic and commercial needs. And I look forward to my next purchase there.

Ben is full of knowledge and will sell you what he believes you require. Asks plenty of questions about what you need for what. Won’t try to sell you things you won’t use and will get the best value for what you require. Most of all he is a genuine bloke who is happy to help with whatever you need. 100% recommend, would happily travel 30kms to shop at bens store. Lucky for me I’m 5 mins down the road.

Ben is super knowledgeable. I had gone to red shed cranbourne and pakenham. Both couldn't repair or supply parts to fix my mower I had purchased from red shed cranbourne. Ben sorted me out in about 3 minutes. Don't waste your time anywhere else if your in these areas. This is my second time I've been here a year apart and both times have been amazing service and attitudes. They actually want to help.

Glenn was a champ. I cold called Friday at 4: 50pm to enquire about a zero turn, I was told Glenn was the bloke to speak to and that he was busy. So I left my number. Glenn called me back at 6pm when he could. He was far more helpful than any of the other stores i had spoken to that day. Evidently we bought a mower and brush cutter off Glenn the next morning. His customer service was excellent and he gave us a great deal too. He was very knowledgeable and honest, nothing felt like a sales pitch. Could not speak higher of Glenn or the whole experience.

Get the best service each and every time I walk in the door. These guys especially Ben are so easy to deal with and are so helpful with even the smallest of things. These guys are definately my go to place!

Fantastic range of battery and petrol powered equipment. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. The only place I would recommend to buy chainsaws, brush cutters, mowers and a lot more. They can also repair your existing equipment and supply parts. Absolutely awesome store.

After having a small issue and taking it up with Victa, the manufacturer, I was politely hand balled to one of their service agents. I called first, and brought the unit to Pakenham Mowers & Chainsaws for inspection.

The person I dealt with was very knowledgeable, and rectified the situation with absolute professionalism.
