Few days ago, the big glass panel on our sliding door just exploded in one spot as if hit by a far thrown stone. Immediately, it started cracking everywhere with small and big pieces falling off. Never seen anything like that. Could have been caused by the shock received after the recent earthquake. Happened at around 8 am, called Pakenham Glass, Chris was quick to respond and provided a quote over the phone and said he would drop by, by late morning. 12 o'clock bang he was here, carefully cleaning up the mess caused by the tiny glass particles and removing the door for the panel to be replaced at the factory. Not long after, he was back with what looked like a new door. He put it back in place and it was as if nothing happened. Very happy with info provided, price, the way the service was conducted. I highly recommend them.

I had smashed a back sliding door that needed repairing urgently. I had run a big company who on the day of repairs didn't show up. My co worker had gotten in touch with Chris who not only provided a quote that was HALF THE PRICE he promised to turn up at the allocated time!
Chris came and took the door away for repair and brought it back looking amazing
He provided the same product as what I was oringally quoted but with a better cost and much more professional
I wouldn't hesitate in using Chris for all future works and recommending him to anyone!

From initial customer service through to end result of having a shattered patio window replaced.

I was stressed when I called as my gardener had a rock fly up and shatter my patio window, another local company told me I had to wait 2 weeks for glass

Called pakenham glass as was greeted by a warm and friendly lady who gave me a quote and said they could come out at 8.30am the next day, or if they could arrange it they will do their best to come out same day.

I got a call back saying they could come out later that afternoon and they guys who turned up were very friendly and professional. And all was sorted the same day.
