The worst experience ever. Had my suit altered and they overcharged me up front but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. They ruined my suit and my weekend because I can't wear it the way it is. Sleeves and pants are all out of shape and I think they were drunk when they put the buttons back on the jacket sleeves because they are overlapping eachother and one sleeve is a lot longer than the other. This is an absolutely disgusting job, I am having it fixed somewhere else and they have to add material to do this repair.

I have a 33 year old off white London Fog coat that is superb (don't make them like they used to) that had got ingrained dirt stained sleeves and some recent red wine stains. It had been dry cleaned many times by other dry cleaners but the ingrained dirt wasn't moved. I was relegating it to 'camping' instead of work wear. THEN, I took it to Pakenham Drycleaners and Bhakti got on to it. I gotta say, I'm stunned. It came up like brand new.what a superb job. My coat is work wear once more. Thank you Bhakti.

Had a stain emergency this morning and it was ready to be picked up before lunch and it looked beautiful, the service was amazing and i definitely would recommend this dry cleaners!

This place is the most amazing dry cleaning company I have ever been to! I have been a customer there for a couple of years now. They have always done an exceptional job! My most recent visit was with my favourite coat that had red wine spilt all down the front of it.

I honestly thought my coat was ruined as it had bright red massive stains all over it from wine. I went back to collect my coat today and it is literally brand new. The stains are completely gone and I was in disbelief. I thought my coat was unfixable when I dropped it off to them.

Unfortunately had a blazer in for dry cleaning and recieved the jacket covered in white hair and make up stains.

I have just had my wedding dress dry cleaned when I took it in it was a filthy state filled with grass stains, soo much fake tan and two massive rips. Upon pick up my dress is free of any grass stains and all the fake tan was removed. The alterations were done that seamlessly that you wouldn’t even know it was ripped to begin with. They even boxed my dress is this beautiful box it was presented amazingly and I could not recommend the team at Pakenham Dry Cleaners enough.

I went here with a 'dry clean only' white blazer that had black stains on a sleeve and on the front. I was prepared to be told that it couldn't be fixed.but these amazing people managed to get the stains out! My blazer looks brand new again! I was so happy when I saw the results! They are lovely people to deal with, prices are very reasonable, service was quick, friendly and professional. I will definitely use them again!

Recently got our sofa cover dry cleaned from here. They were nicely cleaned and good care was taken. There was a small repaired needed on one of the cover and they even fixed that too with the dry clean. Amazing staff too. Always a smile on their faces.great work guys!
