I use this store regularly for minor repairs to the various apple devices that we have, and they have been very good. I bought a new battery for my younger daughter’s ancient iPhone 4S last year, and last week I had trouble restoring from the back up due to an error that was possibly due to a non genuine battery. Even though it was many months ago and I had no receipt, they fixed the problem for me that day and charged me nothing. Highly recommended

My android phone was not allowing calls, so I walked in today, asked what phones they had second hand, within 20 min i walked out with a refurbished iphone 6 64gb that feels brand new with a really good case. I challenge anyone to find better customer service than these guys because I certainly cant. Great job, Very happy customer

Excellent customer service. Price was very reasonable. Got my iPhone repaired and looking like new in 30mins. Went to another kiosk and was quoted $20 more and their customer service was appalling. The young man is Pak repairs was so friendly and polite. I highly recommend this place

Jason is absolutely AMAZING! Infact that is an understatement. He saved my horribly cracked phone (mind you the bottom of my phone was bent too) & managed to get it up and running with EVERYTHING in my phone saved! One look at my phone at it seemed like it could not be saved. But Jason manaaged to. Highly recommend this place! Thanks a gazillion once again Jason!

I come in on a Thursday afternoon to fix my broken iPhone 5 screen! The staff named Pei Jia help me to fix the screen, in the process of replacing a new screen, she notice my phone battery is bloated due to my overcharging the phone, so she replace a new battery for me. Now my iPhone 5 looks brand new and works so well. Pie Jia also gives me a good discount. I strongly recommend everyone with any mobile phones problems to come to PAK brandon park shopping centre on a Thursday as Pei Jia is normally working on a Thursday! One happy customer and very happy with the services provided by Pei Jia.

Very disappointed, went to Pak Technology for a phone screen replacement, the screen didn't work properly afterwards (inconsistently responding to touch, e.g. Could not answer calls, couldn't type properly, etc, very frustrating). Despite the warranty they wouldn't give a full refund. Would NOT recommend.
