Did my screen protector changed today and Im very disappointed as the staff put the protector 3 times and theres still a bubble on the screen. And maybe the reason why she can’t put it properly is because shes just using a phone flashlight while applying the protector, no proper equipments at all. Normally, protector should be applied just once by a phonescreen Expert. Waste of time and money.

Brought my phone to the store to fix my charging plot. Next day it was done and working. A week later the same problem returned so I drove back to the shop. This time my guy was not there but the lady told me that there is nothing wrong with the charging plot without even looking into it. I told her again that it charges sometimes and sometimes not but she said that I do something wrong. Never someone told me before that I'm unable to charge a phone. Left the store really upset.

Got my screen fixed with no issues. Unbeatable price, very prompt and quick. Won't go anywhere else:)

I bought an S22 Galaxy Ultra screen protector last March in the Corio Village store. Now the lady put the protector but less than an hour after it was done, the screen bubbled already. So we came back for a replacement, the lady told us that that was the last stock for the day and told us to come back some other day, and so we did for a number of times already. And it has been two months now and she still keep on saying it's out of stock, and she didn't want to refund us either of the $65 we paid for. Very disappointing.

Overpriced for a repair that caused a lot of the phones features to stop working. Shop around for your repairs!

I went to PAK Corio village to get my home button fixed- lady took the phone and said come back in forty min so we got lunch and headed back to the shop- to my shock she had closed for the day! I had to get security to get the lady and open up the shop so I get my property back as I need my phone for work etc- she was very rude saying I wasn’t back at exactly 40min! Even though opening hours stated 9-5pm! Had to pay 80 dollars for the repair and my home button still doesn’t work! Now I will have to take elsewhere and pay more money, do not recommend at all! Not happy! - Because of the lies in the response from the owner- she had not gone to toilet she had gone and opened her second store around the corner- and the lies accusing me of trying to break into the store which is ridiculous- i have referred my complaint to the ACCC- I paid 80 for no repair and almost had my property stolen by these people- department of fair trading will be in touch - have a good day

Extremely rude staff. Very limit variety of phone and tablet accessories. I had my phonebook repaired there, new front screen put on, and the glue come out and screen detached within 1day, took it back and was charged a 3rd of what I paid initially for the entire repair, and she was only fixing her mistake then when finished she told me I'm not welcome in the store anymore.
I'd HIGHLY suggest that no one get any repairs done at PAK, they charge outrageously high prices for low quality work and any accessories U want for it phone or tablet, well Kmart have a bigger range and their better quality items. PAK buy low quality items in bulk for cheap from overseas then try selling for a fortune.
BEWARE OF RIPOFF!

Last time around 2 months ago I went there to get screen protecter for my S10+ and they chrged me $39. Today I went there to get the same screen protecter and for the same screen protecter she charged me $60 and still my mob screen isn't working properly just removed my screen protecter. I M not recommending this shop to anyone.

Great experience! They have fixed a couple of our phones now. Even came in during lockdown when the shop was shut especially to fix our phone. Great service, great price and lifetime warranty on repairs!

I Walked in the shop to get help with installation of screen protector which I had bought online. Just wanted installation. Although the owner Adeel was busy, he didn't undermine my small requirment, did a very precise install and refused to charge. Touched by his gesture!

Today I watched my phone get run over by 3 cars on a 100km highway and I went straight into Pak and Angela fixed my phone within an hour I actually can't believe she done it. I've always taken my phone's here over the years but never has a phone been in such condition I had zero faith yet Angela worked here magic once again.

Most disgraceful service i Have received any where. I was told I could come pick my ipad up at 3, I turned up at 4.30 and it still was not started. I asked why I couldn't of atleast got a text message letting me know it would be ready later on only to be met with attitude from whom said they were the owner of the store.
