They ask you to review straight away so my initial review was positive, however the repair didn't last and they did something to the phone speaker which caused distortion when using speaker phone. Won't go there again

My mistake for not enquiring of price for screen protector before asking for it to be replaced. But a $3 protector cost me $39 to be installed. Scammed. Good luck sleeping well at night knowing you scammed someone who just basically trusts others.

Fixed my broken phone screen, took a bit longer than first quoted but overall happy with the experience.

Very frustrated! Don’t buy anything at Pak.

I went in January to get an iPad fixed due to a corner being broke as resulted of a drop from my kid (bare in mind the whole screen was working, even the broken part). They recommend to have the screen changed at the cost of $350. At the same time I was offered a military grade case which I have bought too. Few days after the expired warranty of 3 months lots of lines started to appear in the screen, at which stage we took back to fountain gate shop… we were then told that warranty was expired and the lines were a result of “pressure be applied” in the screen. No cracks, no drops nor I drove a tractor on top of it. Also no further repair was offered (even at a lower cost, which i’d happy to pay, I’m not asking anything for free).

I’d not recommend to anyone. Too expensive to have it not working couple of weeks after warranty expired.

Terrible. I had my phone fixed and WITHIN ONE WEEK, the screen broke. When I took it back to the shop they refused to fix saying it was due to heavy pressure. Just BS. We use the phone as per normal. I am going to consumer affairs for this. All their reviews look fake.

Beware of this shop.

It's iPhone xr and i paid 230 for "original" screen and paid 30 for screen protector which was of poor quality too.

I have been this shop for 5 years and I keep calling my friend to here to repair their phone. The service are keep same and all sevice can be tracked. Really professional.

I got water spilled on my Macbook and they did fast cleaning. Thanks for saving my laptop back.

Great service from the team at Pax.

They repaired my broken Samsung Galaxy S10+ (Front LED screen and Back glass backing) for only $495 when I went to the other booth in box hill central they wanted to charge me $600 just for the front LED screen.

These guys where awesome they allowed me to stay and watch them repair my phone and the allowed me to keep the bits that they removed off my phone.

These guys are awesome and super caring for their customers.

Will be going here again in a flash it anything else happens with my phone or laptop.

Good experience, took a bit of time but I am very happy with the quality of the service and the cost.

My phone had been exposed to water and I went there with my hopes pretty low. They opened the phone, cleaned the corrosion that had started to set in on the motherboard, dried it and basically saved my phone. All in 20mn. Great work and charged a fair fee.

Be aware of the girl. She try to sell or buy devices for cheap price. Not a loyal person. Always mindful buying devices from them.

Phone screen repair cost 100$, so far so good. Quick and fast service not waiting in a long que.
