Nicole, over the phone and during the purchase was amazing, had to take my whipper snippet back later that day to tweak the engine as it was stalling. Service bloke I dealt with (forgot his name) was amazing, sorted it out within 5 minutes. Everyone I dealt with deserves a pat on the back. For a team to provide a level of service in the context of the current lockdowns deserves recognition.
