Had an unfortunate experience at this service center. On the 11th of January my partner and I brought in my iPhone 11 for a screen replacement. It is important to note that my device had not undergone any prior modifications or alterations.

Upon arriving at the service centre, I explicitly expressed my preference for an original Apple screen, which was documented and acknowledged through our signed agreement on the invoice sheet. This document has been attached. I was informed that the replacement would take approximately one hour. Unfortunately, upon returning 45 minutes later, there was no staff available at the front desk.
After an additional hour and a half of waiting, I was finally approached by the individual handling my phone, identified as Adam, who then stated that he had installed a cheaper, non-Apple screen. This was contrary to our initial agreement and a clear deviation from the service standard.
Moreover, Adam mentioned that the service center did not have the Apple screen in stock. My concern is why this was not verified before I left the premises, considering the documented agreement and the specific request for an Apple screen.
Regrettably, Adam's response to my dissatisfaction was dismissive, and he declined further service, insisting on full payment. Additionally, there was an attempt to take back the receipt issued earlier. This unwarranted behavior compounded the frustration caused by the substantial wait and the imposition of an unexpected return visit the following week for a proper replacement.

The lack of professionalism was further evident during Adam's lunch break, during which he left another client's phone unattended on the desk, accessible to anyone. Cabinets were also left open, allowing free access to phone cases. This raises concerns about the security and privacy protocols in place at your service center.

In an attempt to address the situation during the wait, I called both phone numbers provided on the receipt and business cards. However, both calls were declined, adding to the overall dissatisfaction with the service experience.

This entire ordeal has left me deeply disappointed with the level of service provided by your establishment. The conduct of the employee, Adam, was not only unprofessional but also raised questions about the integrity of the service center's operations.
I implore you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to rectify the situation. I invested $129 in good faith for a service that was not only subpar but also resulted in a non-compliant replacement screen.

Had my samsung screen and back replaced. "genuine Samsung parts" I realised they had replaced more part too then just what required. But wouldn't give the parts they took out and for safety reasons. Few months since repair phone is falling apart not charging, camera not working and the front "genuine Samsung screen" has scratches on it more then it got over the 2 years of having the phone before the repair. DON'T USE

Terrible experience. Replaced screen which failed 2 days later. Fixed the screen under warranty. Couple of months later the motherboard failed, Samsung advised due to 3rd party repair using too much heat fried it. Took back to Pak and they advised they could would inspect and provide a price. When I arrived they said it was fixed and cost $150, when I asked what was replaced they couldn't tell me. The phone back cover was not glued down. They said they will glue it down when the technician comes back. When returned they advised they didn't fix anything and not able to fix it. I now have had to purchase a new phone.

Their phone number does not work and they are not contactable. Save your money, go elsewhere.

Horrible service!
they repaired my screen on my iPhone 12 they did not mention your phone is no longer water proof, I got my phone wet on the weekend: obviously thinking I still have a waterproof phone the phone is now completely broken they have poor customer service! They advised sorry we will now no for future to tell clients the phone is no longer waterproof after the screen is fixed! Well to late for me I now have to replace my whole phone! Never will I recommend this place!

I have taken a few phones to Pak. I had the charging port fixed, which was done within the day. It stopped working a week later, I brought the phone back to Pak, and they took the phone back and got it working again. Lovely people to deal with, and I will be going back with any new phone repair needs.

I brought 2 protective phone screens from this company, after they told me that it wouldn't crack. Both broke! I have gone back only 2 weeks after getting them and they WILL NOT replace it under warranty or give me a refund.

The guys were amazingly fast with recovering data from my broken unusable galaxy S9 to my new phone. And were a third of the price from any other phone repair store in the centre.

Went to get my sons iPads home button fixed, when returned there was a crack through his tempered glass screen cover which was not there when I gave it to them, i pointed it out when they tried to give it back to me and explained this was not there when I handed it in and luckily they replaced it, however now my sons iPad will Not register parts of the screen when touched. Will not go here again

Absolutely fantastic! Excellent customer service and super quick turnaround time.

I broke my phone earlier this week and due to it being an uncommon model, I was expecting to have to wait at least a week or so before it could be repaired. The team at Pak Fountain Gate managed to get it fixed and back to me within 2 working days! Thanks so much!

My partner paid to have new glass screen protectors applied to both of our phones and so far, so good:)

I would highly recommend this business if you need any assistance with your phone.

Repaired my iphone x and the screen starting coming off and then it dropped once and the whole glass came off the oled display and got wrecked.

Great customer service and extremely helpful:) bought some covers online that were pretty bad quality so ended up buying another cover here which was a lot better. So much better being able to see the product in person and try it on first to make sure it fits perfectly and is exactly what you're looking for

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE! I had a screen replaced on a iPhone 12 mini. $220 and my phone actually worked better with a broken screen.my phone battery now doesn't last a half a day, before 2 days easy! My phone turns itself off randomly and the screen doesn't respond to touch.i will be telling everyone i know and everyone i dont know. NOT! To take any phone to this business.

Poor customer service and recently changed damage screen i was charged $315 a week later cracked again l was told it was physically damaged.don't go there unless if you want to be cash cow

Pak - bottom level of Fountain Gate. Purchased my first tempered glass screen (for my Samsung 20 Ultra) valued at $60, knocked $5 off for a bubble. A couple of days later noticed the faintest of hairline fractures, viewable in certain light. True to them saying if any issues in the first week theyd fix it, they did. Days later the same thing happened again. Without the phone being dropped, knocked about, it was delicately looked after. Upon second return the ladys communication was not the best, eventually said she recalled the situation and said they replaced it the first time not for the hairline fracture but because of the bubble as its not acceptable to leave in that standard ironically. Basically it was implied id done something. On both encounters with the Pak store upstairs the communication is far superior and without quoting the exact wording it was suggested perhaps the integrity of that screen could/is new and unknown. That store put a screen protector on my phone (not safe from dropping and cracking just scratch protecting) lesser value then orginal purchase but better then nothing, free of charge however the customer service, information, the rushing in the bottom store, its get you in get you out and no accountability. My partner had to dig glue out of my volume buttons that was preventing the use of those buttons. I was not happy about returning two times and the zero accountability for the poor quality of product. Clearly a shop that blames the customer regardless of whether its a product issue or issue of their application etc.
I was given there email prior to this review and never heard back.
Ive never had an issue with a phone store before.

I came in with my cracked iphone 6s, they fixed it in 35 minutes and provided me with 6 months warranty. It was a great experience and really friendly staff.

I went to have the camera cover on my phone replaced (all cameras were working perfectly which the employee checked before accepting the phone) and then after I had picked it up and left, I realised 2 out of the 3 camera now would not focus. I returned the next day where I spent 45 minutes waiting (in which time one sales person said they would pay for damages if there are any) for it to be assessed to then be told that there was a scratch on the camera, and that it came to them like this and it will cost me $100 to replace. I refused this service as the cameras were all DEFINITELY working perfectly prior to the service and that if there was a scratch, they would need to pay for the repair. I was then asked to return 30 minutes later for further assessment and upon my return they told me that the cameras are back to full working order and the fault was a smudge on the back of the camera cover that they installed the day before. So I did end up with a working camera cover replacement but the services, the lies from an employee and delay in receiving such, was appalling.
