Paisley Park Early Learning Centre Chadstone

We want to express our gratitude with the team Paisley Park Childcare Chadstone, because they have been very very kindly to our daughter. Our girl is so happy there and she loves going to childcare every day. She has learned English very well and she has developed intellectuals and motor skills. Miaka is a very passionate and patient, with meticulous management. One profound experience is she can remember the name of each child.

We have been at Paisley Park for two years after we were refer and are incredibly happy with the care our girls receive here. I would definitely recommend for anyone wanting a high quality childcare centre.

This is a safe space for my child to learn and play. The entire team is extremely kind and caring. They are very attentive to the child’s specific needs. The food is very healthy and delicious. Marco is an amazing cook. Miaka is one of the very lovely and loving educators. This is my daughter’s second home:)
They also conduct educational seminars about children’s behaviour and other issues that parents face. These seminars are very helpful. Highly highly recommend this centre:)

Such a beautiful and friendly environment for my 4 yo, wonderful and helping staff, absolutely healthy and tasty food (thumbs up Chef Marco) and last but not least congrats on gorgeous waiting lounge for children and parents, filled with every day fresh treats accompanied by coffee and chocolate drink which one can enjoy in or take out!

Miyaka, Toula and the whole Paisley Park Chadstone crew are amazing. Lovely, welcoming and nurturing community feel. Couldn’t be happier with our choice!

My son has been attending Paisley Park at Chadstone for about a year. Almost 3 now and I’m so glad I sent him because he has learnt so much and really blossomed with the help of the other children and the care of the wonderful staff. They have a secure safety system which puts my mind at ease. They have the most amazing menu by chef Marco who is an asset to Paisley with his positive and welcoming personality and really does his best for the kids and parents. The staff is super warm and friendly with the kids and parents. They do their best to really attend to all the children and give every situation the time to really solve any little kids stressed issues from toilet needs to needed cuddles. I’m really going to miss them all and I’m so grateful for the care my little boy has had with all his wonderful experiences.

I wanted to share the wonderful experience we have had over the 2 or so years we have attended paisley park Hughesdale. I want to give a special mention to lead educator Claudia who has been a key factor in the development and overall well being of my son. She has played a big role in who he is today and we couldn’t be more thankful for her. She will be dearly missed!
Also Chef Marco has been the best centre cook!

We have been attending Paisley Park for the past year and my 25mo daughter has been enjoying her days there. She often chats about what she did in childcare, mentions her educators names (she loves Miaka and Anita, keeps talking about them), and even one time kept saying she wanted to go home to the educator’s (Lottie) home! We also absolutely love the foods that they serve, and some of the perks for the parents - date nights and the morning muffins

Unfortunately, our time with PP took a nose dive. After initially having a great experience when the centre was at a lower occupancy, they have seemed to take on so many new additions and not keeping up with staffing. We had a change of director and staff coming and going in our six months.

After raising concerns around safety to management, they said they would look into this and make change but nothing ever really changed. Ratios in the morning were often out and staff just seemed to be spread thin. I was left constantly worried during the day and always late to work while I waited for the ratios to pick up with staff arrivals in the morning.

Our interaction with the owners was horrible and post these chats, we no longer wished we had chosen this daycare chain. Our values do not match.

We have since moved on.

My advice is not to get sucked in with the bells and whistles they show you, and the shiny new centres, look for a steady environment and community vibe.

Update: Post this review the centre has called and asked me to remove my review. I feel the above is fair representation of my experience. I only hope to help you with the big choice you have of where to place your children.

My daughter started at Paisley Park Chadstone at the beginning of February. Prior to that we did many transition sessions to ensure my daughter (and we!) were comfortable and happy. The centre director, Kanika and assistant director Toula are very friendly, helpful and have a lovely manner with the children and families.

We love the caring nature of the educators in the Mozart Room. Our lead educators Chloe and Sulo, are absolutely brilliant. They are always smiling, friendly, happy to answer any questions, provide feedback and just engage with us parents. My daughter loves Chloe and Sulo and they make us feel so comfortable leaving our daughter at the centre.

I really like that there are many other regular educators that work in the room too. This provides a variety of faces and interactions whilst still maintaining a consistent and familiar educators at the centre.

The chef, Marco, provides delicious meals and even a morning treat alongside a tea in the morning for parents to take away with them.

I visited many childcare centers in the area and I’m so glad we chose Paisley Park Chadstone.

Our educators make the decision a great one for our daughter.

The Staff at the Paisley Park ELC Chadstone are absolutely amazing.

They helped My 1 yr old settle in really well. Kanika along with the lead educator (Chloe) assessed my kid and advised us to move her to the room that would suit her best, and it really helped her settle in.and when she was ready to be promoted to the next room they promptly did that.
This shows the concern they have for each child's development and wellbeing.

The educators in Mozart (Chloe, Sulo and others) and other rooms too, are very nice and look after the kids with utmost love and patience.

I would strongly recommend Paisley Park ELC Chadstone to anyone who is looking for a childcare for their child/children.

Paisley Park, Chadstone has been great with not only taking great care of my child but also very prompt in communicating and always very happy to make every effort to make sure that I have made a right choice to send my child there.special thanks to Miyaka Chan (educator).

We are extremely happy and satisfied with the service provided by the entire team. Especially our educator Toula from Picasso room has been playing an important role in my son’s development. She is so caring and kind. Also the director Mirella and the educators Jaimee and Eesan have been wonderful and supportive all the time.

We recently moved to Paisley Park from another centre in Murrumbeena. I cannot speak highly enough of the caring and dedicated staff and the professionalism of the centre and how it is run. The meals prepared by their wonderful chef are beautiful and expose the children to new flavours and ingredients I never saw offered at our other centre. This has led to my daughter being more adventurous in trying new foods before (anyone with a three year old knows that is huge!) The rooms are run with a calm yet structured environment that stimulates learning and growth, and encourages independence. Every day my daughter comes home sharing about what she’s learnt or done that day. She comes home happy and excited, a stark difference from her prior centre. We are incredibly happy that we made the move.

I am really pleased with Miaka, Claudia and Mirella, they are really patient and supportive for my daughter and my family. Especially for Miaka, she can speak multi-lauguage and she really helped my daughter settle down by speaking Mandarin with her (because my daughter didn't speak English at all before she attended the childcare). In the Paisley Park Chadstone, they provide the different activities everyday for children to stimulating and relevant to their learning needs.

From my point of view, Paisley Park Early Learning Centre Chadstone is really the best choice.

This center can not only provide high-quality early education services for children, but more importantly, at the same time, as parents, we have also gained a lot of useful and valuable knowledge and experience. This two-way journey is the most commendable.

I remember when my child went to the center on his first day, he couldn't adjust to his new life.

Educator Helen, used methods that are acceptable to children through understanding the child and behavioral observation. She took the child to get acquainted with the new environment, and patiently and gently introduced the center's rooms, facilities, and various toys. Gradually, my little one became familiar with the environment. His nervousness was greatly relieved, and his curiosity was released, and then he devoted himself to the busy exploration.

It is such a process that children adapt to the happy life here. Although in the morning, at the moment of separation, he was still a little bit sad, but as time went on, not only did his sadness disappear, and now, even on vacation, he wanted to come to the center to be with his educators and peers.

Moreover, I feel that the children's diet is quite rich from what I receive every day, based on Chef Marco's Chef's Daily Report. It's worth mentioning that both Marco and former excellent chef Phil (he had to leave the center as he wanted to spend more time with his family. I wish them all the best.) they have a passion for food and love their job. They integrate their professionalism, creativity and imagination into the food, so children will have more wonderful and interesting experiences while enjoying the food. This is the joy bestowed by the center.

In addition, my other most impressive feeling is that this center has a team full of enthusiasm and positive force. Every time I go to the center, I can feel the positive attitude of the staff and their sincere love for education.

Mirella, Claudia, Miaka, Eduscha, Sulo, Kristy, Aeronwyn, Malki, Lottie, and other educators, each one of them is a light source that lights and illuminates the children's path.

We must admit that infancy and childhood are one of the most critical stages of development in a person's life. It needs to be embraced with a lot of love and care and safe. No matter when, the center always has this kind of love. Like our own little home, Paisley Park Early Learning Centre Chadstone is one big family. It is full of love and gratitude. Everyone is working hard to make others a better version of themselves, and at the same time, they gain the greatest joy and happiness.

With the help of Paisley Park Early Learning Centre Chadstone, not only is my child getting better and better, I have grown tremendously.

There are no words to describe my feeling of joy and peace of mind when sending my child, Brian, to Paisley Park. I used to send him to another childcare before I knew Paisley Park, but that was not a good experience. However, I was impressed when I got to know this beautiful child care the first time I visited it. Brian says that I love Paisley Park so muchhhh! ️

I am very grateful to the teachers and staff at Paisley Park. Especially for Mirella, Toula and Eason, a lot!

We have been sending our 3year old to Paisley Park for just under 6 months now due to our previous day care closing and what an amazing transition it has been.

The entire team from the CEO to the maintenance person are genuine and really care about us and our 3 year old!

The educators are fantastic, the food is delicious and our daughter has developed both socially and academically since coming!

Also they offer a date night monthly which meant my husband and I were able to have a dinner out for the first time in 3 years!

An amazing centre with dedicated educators and staff. Very caring and nurturing environment for children. Children are being engaged with hands on experiences and exploring the real world. Love the curriculum focused play-based learning to spark children’s curiosity and build confidence. My daughter loves going to Paisley Park. Loti and Malki has been absolutely wonderful making me feel confident leaving my daughter with them.
