After touring many places, we decided to choose Papilio Early Learning Box Hill. It is a beautiful childcare centre. All staffs are professional, friendly and reliable for the children. I don’t need to much worry about my child when I am working.

My kid spent amazing time here, I highly recommend this centre as your child first step in learning. Thanks for supporting my child all the time！Such a lovely team！

The teachers at this kindergarten are very patient and good with the children. The activities designed by the teachers are also interesting and I can see the progress of my child every day.

After touring many places around the area, we decided to send our 3 y/o daughter a year ago as the children already attending seemed to really like the educators. The staff has always been very supportive of any queries or concerns we had - plus not to mention all the fantastic parties held for various occasions which gave my daughter great experiences!

Our son has been attending papilio boxhill for almost 2 years. We have been nothing but impressed by the support, friendliness and care of the entire team. I recently did my work placement at Papilio Early Learning Box Hill and it gave me an excellent opportunity to prepare and gain insight into the early childhood industry especially for child care and it helped me clarify and confirm various aspects of it! Rachel and other fellow staff members supported and mentored me throughout the day. I was given simple duties and tasks to complete such as engaging in children’s play, setting up activities, cleaning up during meal times, reading stories during group time, completing art and craft with the children etc. It was all part of the day’s work and I was given feedback at intervals for my professional growth! Overall I have had a pleasant experience with the team here and I gained plenty of insights for the industry.

Papilio Early Learning Box Hill is indeed a very good childcare center. The staff here are kind, friendly and take a very good care of the kids in the center. They were very professional and follow the daily procedures without any miss and are always happy to reach out in case of any queries. The center manager QiQi is professional, accommodating and really helpful. This was one of the best centers I had seen.

My son has been attending Papilio since he was 9 months old (now nearly 2.5 years). The services they provide are excellent. All educators are incredibly caring and treat my son with such love and respect. I feel completely comfortable leaving him at Papilio, they make you feel like one of the family.

Papilio Box Hill is a fantastic child care centre. I highly recommend families who live in box hill to consider papilio as their children day care.

My son has been attending papilio for nearly a year in baby room. The educators here are lovely and caring, attention to details. My son attends centre with smile all the time. He always give big hug to Tracy and does not want to leave when I pick him up. The centre manager Qiqi is caring and professional, she even play with kids in the centre once there is no paperwork to do. I can see papilio is like a big family instead of day care centre.

I always recommend papilio box hill to my friends who are looking for a child care centre for their children, choosing the right child care centre means a lot to us, I know my child is in a warm, safe hand while I am away. Really appreciate it!

Papilio Early Learning Box Hill is a fantastic childcare centre. All the staff are great, they are very friendly, patient and attentive to the children, the manager QiQi is not only professional but also caring about every family.

My daughter has been here for a few months. Although I didn't send her every week because of the COVID, she was very happy every time I sent her and told me that she wanted to come again the next day. This is very important to me as I don't need to worry about her when I work.

This is the best childcare centre we have ever experienced and highly recommend.

Already booked a tour, and also received confirm reply, but when we arrived there on time, they just say, sorry mistake, come another time.

My toddler has been gone to two centres. He finally settles here. He likes to play with other babies, and draw pictures. He starts to learn some yoga gestures, which are very amazing.

The educators such as Anna, Flick, and Katheline are very responsive and patient. They like their work and to talk with babies.

I fee very very happy that my baby is in the good hands.

My son Shaun has been attending childcare here for a few months now. He loves the centre, and loves the educators.

We love having our daughter at Papilio. We have noticed the educators are very compassionate and caring which is a big deal as our kids need someone to care for them whilst they are away from home. We really love having our daughter under the care of wonderful educators like Tracy. She put an incredible amount of care and enthusiasm into educating young children

The facilities are beautiful and our daughter has learnt so much and is developing so well already. I love how the children are taught about other cultures and I love being sent photos of our daughter on a daily basis. Overall love Papilio!

Papilio Early Learning Box Hill is a fantastic childcare center. The staffs are really loving and nurturing. My child has been going there for the past 2 years and she loves being there. And the change that we have seen with the little one is huge. They got a very interactive and communicative educator and staffs, especially the center manager, who is very responsive to all the correspondence. Any suggestions for/about our kid from parents is hugely appreciated and taken into consideration, actioned and followed up. The staffs are very responsible and sensible as well. For an instance, in a recent event where Yarra Valley water announced that water ssupply was not suitable for drinking until further notice, childcare immediately switched to bottle water and send the notification to all the parents. This gave us peace of mind. They even use Zoom meeting so that parents who are unable to send their kids to childcare are still participate is few activities an see their friends online.
I would also like to mention about the great and yummy food which they prepare in-house for kids.

These days putting our kids in childcare is a huge decision and we are very lucky enough to have our kid at this childcare and its evident from all the other reviews.

My son has been attending childcare here for just over a year now. Since the day we started here the staff have been so lovely. They always treat him like a part of the family and he has gone from being very shy and nervous, to absolutely thriving here. I can't recommend Papilio enough.

The team at Papilio Box Hill are amazing and dedicated, they truly care about the wellbeing, happiness and safety of the children. We're very glad we chose this centre for our daughter and want to thank them for handling the challenges from this pandemic quite well. The manager QiQi is very helpful and always keeps parents informed even on weekends and has an above and beyond approach which is much appreciated!
