1 Simply wanted to add one more licence to our AVG Business subscription. AVG directed me to Paisely as they are a reseller. After some very sloppy response times, and 7 days later, I finally received my licence key. This was requested to be merged with our existing licence. Paisely sent the request to AVG and offered to follow up. I didn't hear from them again after that. I had to prompt them every step of the way to get anything done. Even get 9 days later, my licence still hasn't been merged, AVG haven't responded to my email or called me back as promised. I'll be switching our organisation's subscription to Bitdefender at the first possible opportunity.

After another follow up call, Nick was able to quickly rectify the situation. We finally got the end result that we wanted, but I will stand by this review as it took a lot of my time and 2.5 weeks to get a product which should have taken minutes.
