Very friendly and helpful staff. We had good advice there and the staff watched our budget. They have various types of paint, accessorie and colours.

I compared prices at Paint Spot to a well-known DIY shop, and we found the paint we wanted for way cheaper. This is not the case for every type of paint/coating, though.

Nice and helpful staff. The only issue was they didn't have the roller I wanted and I have to go to another branch for it.

Super-helpful staff. I've never had to wait. Why would anyone stand at the paint desk at bunnings for half an hour when this is just down the road

Great shop for extroverts. And good for introverts if you know what you want and willing to buy at any price.there’s no prices on the shelves OR website, forcing you to interact and discus each item with staff. Confusing business model.
Maybe take too many items to the counter, and cull at counter.

Fantastic customer service from Mike. He was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Will definately be using these guys for future purchases.

The Paint Spot website and customer online interfacing is, to not labour the point, 'a piece of horse manure'. Every item I viewed states "See in-store for price". What a waste of my time and every other person who wants to purchase material. Why misdescribe the service as 'Click and Collect' instead of the reality, 'Click, Call and Collect'. Even then, waiting in phone queues is what everyone really, really wants to do when online shopping, yes?

I can easily understand a small one or two shop organisation with limited resources asking cutomers to call-in for prices if COVID-19 is causing them to change their business methods. That is not the situation with Paint Spot, this is a national chain clearly failing to understand online trading and happy to accept the burdening of their customers with additional hurdles. Sham outfit!

Are the Paintspot management being deliberately stupid or is it their intent to waste our time? Sadly I cannot give this poor excuse of an organisation zero or negative stars. Not for me nor should they expect me into their Preston store anytime in the near future when I have a significantly larger project to undertake.

My preferred goto paint shop. Wouldn't bother with a certain green shop around the corner, everything you need is here with better prices and advice.

I’m a 70 yo career painting contractor and must say the customer service and courteous and friendly staff at this store is outstanding in my experience. Five stars are insufficient in my humble opinion. Thank you team Preston. Ron and Robin the Painters.

Would normally go to bunnings for this sort of thing but needed a little more advice so tries Paint Spot.
The service the team provide was exceptional. During COVID lockdown it’s been difficult to get good sales assistance as everyone is so stretched but the lady I spoke to on the phone took the time to discuss my options (so many when you’re choosing a white!) and explained all the paints I would need and what order to paint etc.
When ordering a top up the gentleman I spoke to was also extremely helpful and the team at the collection point helped load the heavy tins into my car.
Could not recommend them highly enough.

Terrible customer service could not be bothered to help me find mistints, even tho I called ahead of time and had to drive an hr to get there. Will not be back for anything we need for our new house.

Had an extremely good experience at Paint Spot Preston. As a customer who knew little about wood finishing, the staff was extremely helpful, gave good advice and was not pushy in recommending me stuff I don't need.

I cannot speak more highly about the customer service here, in particular Jason and his supreme friendly and endearing manner to me, my wife and children. I would never consider purchasing paint from another store ever. Thank you Jason and Paint Spot.

First time buying paint, the staff were able to match 3 different tins/samples i brought in, and provide good advice. Old school service, friendly staff, wouldn't go anywhere else
