Paint Spot Niddrie reviews
25Staff are very helpful and will make sure you got the right paint and equipment for the job
Sam is amazing person he helps me a lot with my current big paint project
Always love to come back and paintspot niddrie
Overall great team
Thank you to the crew today 26/3/23 especially Lance. I'll be back to annoy you VERY soon. Next time I paint anything I'll be back
They didn't even bother to help put the heavy paint at the back of my car. Bad customer service
Darren helped fix the problems I was having with a paint and it's application. Knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks
Polit and knowledgeable staff,
But for some materials they asked me to go the other shop.
Paint Spot Niddrie is a great place to get professional service and advice for your painting needs.
All the staff are courteous and knowledgeable.
Can definitely recommend this paint store
to anyone wanting to purchase painting products.
Expert advise/ solutions when other stores including the monopoly big guys at B####### have no clue or the experience how to mix to get required result
Great service during stage 4 restrictions in Melb. I called to order a few pot samples and within an hour they were ready for collection. Thanks Adrian!
I rang to find out if they stocked a particular brand of paint and the girl who answered the phone call abruptly said no and slammed the phone down with no information. I was fully prepared to take a different brand to what I was after but never even got the chance. Sorry Paint Spot but you missed out on a possible sale of about $600.
Mostly understaffed and poor service. Not helpful like Bunnings. Only interested in you if you’re going to be making a substantive purchase. Disappointed as Sunshine service and friendliness is much better!
A good friendly place as per all paint spots, but it has just been taken over by Dulux, so will see what happens in the future
Big Haymes sign out the front but no Haymes paint. Apparently paint spot has sold out to a Japanese company. Sold their soul
Good place for paint. Better colour matching and advice than hardware stores, but if after a standard tint, it may be cheaper to shop elsewhere. Do your research.
We have used Paint Spot for the last 15 years and have always had great service by all staff. With our last visit, we had a little issue and with the help of David the store Manager we were able to have it clarified with no hassle and they were quite happy to accommodate our needs. Nothing is an issue and their manner is always great.
Rollers v.expensive. I was told covers I bought that were in a sealed packet were normal ones. 45min drive later open n find there for the single narrow bar type roller. Won't return as opened now. Not happy. And girl stood watching while I was trying to find what I wanted made very uncomfortable
Helpful and very knowledgeable. They knew what we needed for a special project and were able to match a pantone colour from my phone. Very happy with the service and will be back.
I went into a paint specialist to get chalk paint to restore an old book shelf. I was told to use a cheap roller and sold one with an expensive chalk paint. The entire tin of paint was wasted and the coat has to be sanded back heavily. I checked the tin- and it strongly recommends using a brush. I’m really annoyed that a paint specialist would give such bad advice, and that I have wasted c$50 on their product. I’ve gone to Bunnings now to get product to do it properly.
Has improved in the last 3 years. More helpful staff that don’t make you feel unlike a tradesman. More respect and acknowledge that your custom is keeping them in a job.
Well stocked with the popular brands and very well stocked for trade painters.
Good array of painting equipment
Haymes, Dulux, Wattle just to name a few.
