I popped in this morning looking for some Porter's Paint and ClearCote. Wonderful service by the staff member who served me - twice. Correct products and tools, and I'm EXTREMELY happy with the perfect results. Thank you for you help.

If you’re looking for Dulux paint this is the place. If you’re looking for service well, be prepared for some “interesting” repartee with the staff. There seems to be only one (maybe two) staff members who actually know what they’re talking about.

Helpful and friendly service. Great prices. Avoid Bunnings and go here instead for your painting requirements.

We have been desperately trying to match our 20 year old paint color to touch up after a repair job. The color is longer on paint charts but the lovely man at Paint Spot dug put an old chart for us and mixed up the perfect match. Thank you so much Paint Spot

Very disappointed by the customer service received by the male staff member which was reminiscent of groundskeeper Willie from the Simpsons. He was shockingly rude and abrasive and I will not be returning!

Loved our shopping experience with Paint Spot Knox. Click & Collect was faster than any shop we have used during lockdown. They were helpful with information about what we needed and their customer service was excellent.

There great except for changing to Dulux. But good customer service they always look after my partner.

Brilliant service here. Knowledgeable staff, and a lot of stuff cheaper than Bunnings too. Used to come here as a young kid with my Dad more than 30 years ago and nothing's changed. Support local business!

Good service when it comes to paint matching - took a chip of my wall in and was matched perfectly which is handy to patch walls. Did take about 30 minutes to do though which is why only 4 stars.

The staff here obviously do not want to deal with anyone that does not have a trade account or unless you are a personal friend of one of the staff. I could not believe the way in which they treated me personally as the owner of a building maintenance company I approached the "team" here and gave them a run down on the job I have approx 500sq metres of floor to be prepared and painted in 2 Part epoxy with the potential of another 6000sq metres of the same if all goes well. The recommendation then came to basically use the most expensive 2 part epoxy floor paint known to mankind with no explanation of what it's pro's were if any over other lest expensive products but all the while continuosly kept trying to explain to me how she used to sell this product all the time but hasn't sold it for a while and just can't remember much about it. One of the older staff members was called to assist at one point but basically couldn't be bothered doing any form of work and practically gave up mid conversation and walked away. I have since found another supplier APC in Hallam that is super helpful, greatfull for the business and under half the price for an identical product. If you are looking for basic paint supplies go to Bunnings and specialised paints I would go anywhere else but here.

My experience with their customer service is baffling if not rude.

Although I waited in queue for the male service provider to attend, he just left the counter and served a customer who came way after! Because I was in the queue, he used a different counter to serve this customer!
After he left, the gentleman got in to a long phone call continuing to ignore the customer!

Nevertheless, they have a fantastic collection of paints and accessories.

Brilliant customer service, always gave helpful tips to compliment my basic skills, very pleased to have chosen Paint Spot over Bunnings.

Top notch service and excellent advice. I ordered paint over the phone, expecting to pick it up the next day. Instead, I was told it'll be ready in 10 mins! I was really impressed with the customer service here, I'll be getting all my paint stuff here now.

Exceptional service! Rather than sell me the wrong product, I was sent to a competitor to get exactly what I needed for the job. I will be back here to paintspot for all my future painting needs! Great advise and service to get the job done right!

Now I'm semi-retired and usually these days it's just very small amounts of paint for hobbies. Scott is outstanding but while I am there choosing the colours I also hear everyone on the team serving other customers.showing as much interest on getting it right as if it was for a paint job on their own house. Until recently I had a Californian Bungalow house in Surrey Hills that I painted inside and out for many years.always worth the trip to Wantirna …. Quality, range, price, advice

Recently purchased 10 litres of Cutex CD50 with Rustic Gold additive. What a product. Thanks to the info and tips the boys from Paint Spot gave me, the deck came up an absolute treat.
