Paint Spot Hoppers Crossing

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Paint Spot Hoppers Crossing. Yesterday, I received an invoice for an unauthorized purchase made on my account, and when I approached the store manager, I was told that there was nothing he could do about it. This is unacceptable! If someone uses my account to buy something without paying, that's theft, and it's a crime office. Instead of helping me resolve the issue, the store just passed the invoice onto me, which is completely unfair. I am very angry about this experience and would caution anyone from using this store. The lack of accountability and disregard for customers is appalling. I urge Dulux to take this matter seriously and to take immediate steps to prevent this from happening again

Paul was super helpful with choosing the right paint to apply to my driveway/concrete. Proper old school customer service.

Went to the store this morning. Great service provided by the staff named Sandeep. Had to buy few items and return some items and Sandeep very patiently assisted me with all my needs. Then while leaving I forgot my wallet on the counter and Sandeep even came out to my car to give me my wallet. Thank you Sandeep.

Went to pick up a few paints etc without having much knowledge- but the staff like Arun and Katelyn are hands on. (very helpful and willing to assist)
Arun went out of his way to help and assist- advising what would go best/surface preparation/number of coats and even when I bumped into a small hurdle-went around asking for solutions on the best way to turn things around.
He is an asset to this place-very humble and completely down to earth person who anyone can relate to.

Visited this store on Monday 19th April 2021 and was served by Katelyn who I found fantastic to deal with. I had a fairly small job to repair in a rental we vacated and not knowing what I needed to do the job, she went over and beyond to help and advise me. I had the measurements of the small wall I had to paint and she gave me the exact amount of paint and tools I needed to do the job which worked out not expensive at all. She was very pleasant to deal with and we also chatted about other things. I feel she is an asset to this company and would definitely go back to the store as I found it more personal than the larger stores around town. Thanks Katelyn, you made the job so much easier. Went to store to ask for monument spray can. Told out of stock. Then told to buy indoor sample pot. The assistant went to back and grabbed off a bench. Didn't even tint it. Sold to me for $6.50. Didn't use the paint as was later told that it is useless outdoors.
Returned to refund.made to wait 15min as only two serving on a Thursday morning.
She then tells me we don't refund as it was made for me. Explained she didn't tint she only grabbed one off the bench. Pathetic not to refund will go to another store in future
. Wouldn't give one star. All over refunding 6 50

I was served by Arun who was extremely friendly and took the time to provide some great advise. It great to get some old fashioned service. Highly recommended Paint spot Hoppers Crossing.

A really nice and professional stuff in The shop call Aron, he helps me to return the wrong paint I have given in the carnigie paint spot and really make my day easier. Can’t say enough words to thank him for helping me. Making me forget the bad experience at Carnigie shop, even we ask them for correct the mistakes they are very unhappy to corporate. I am doing the project at Altona Mealows and he said I have to go back to his shop to make the return, it is about two hours driving. And Aron help me to give them a call and explain to them how to do so I don’t have to. But takes him very long time to do the paperwork. I will never go to Carnigie paint spot ever.

Sadly I find it hard to shop here, but its one of a kind paint store, some staff a great, but there are a few of the other type also, truth is I sometime travel to Bundoira for my paint supplies, the Paint Spot there is by far one of the best around and spot on in colour mixing and all the staff are great, even price wise, worth the trip, go see dont take my word for it, go see,

Disrespectful and unhelpful staff. Claimed that it is impossible to paint Galvanized metal and werent interested in helping at all. Went down the road and got exactly what I wanted. First and last time I go to Hoppers Paint Spot.

Cant match render paint always make excuse about rough surfaces, yet i go to another Paint Spot n they match it perfectly. Poor customer service
